Commissioned by Nakheel and Kerzner International, the transformation features adobe structures, intricate interiors, and a tranquil landscape designed by Square M. Guestrooms blend rustic concrete with modern comforts, while dining venues such as Zala, Anwa, and Al Hadeerah offer a fusion of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Sustainability is key, with reused furniture and regional art curated by Capsule Arts. The new design embodies a poetic harmony of past and present.

🏖️ Camp Margaritaville will open in Citra, Florida, in spring 2026. Managed by IHM Outdoors, the Orange Lake project features RV sites, vacation rentals, a pool complex, a swim-up bar, and the Barkaritaville dog park.
