📝 DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London has revamped 201 guest rooms over three floors in a multi-million-pound project. New room categories, Tower Deluxe and Tower Executive, are introduced, and the design is by Upperworth Studios, Adrian Barboza Design, and Morrison Design. The redesign aims to attract more families with 75 family-suitable rooms. Savage Garden, the rooftop bar, launched a new cocktail menu by Alessandro Lintas. Early bookings show strong interest from corporate and leisure markets.

🍴 Clermont Hotel Group partners with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global to bring branded dining concepts to its London hotels. The agreement will introduce the celebrity chef’s restaurant formats to the London hotel market. Gordon Ramsay operates venues globally, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Chelsea and Bordeaux. Clermont’s CEO, Gavin Taylor, and Gordon Ramsay’s CEO, Andy Wenlock, anticipate enhancing guest experiences with exclusive culinary offerings. Specific restaurant locations and concepts will be announced in the coming weeks.

🏟 Radisson Hotel Group opened Radisson Red London Twickenham at Allianz Stadium, marking the first Radisson Red at a sports venue. Following a major refurbishment, the 150-room hotel features bold rugby-inspired designs, vibrant interiors, wireless charging, and Chromecast. The Huddle Restaurant offers all-day dining, and The Loft accommodates up to 200 guests. Visitors can access the TW2 Health and Fitness Club. General Manager Sandeep Kaushik and Chief Development Officer Adela Cristea highlight the significance of this launch.

🏰 Leeds Castle in Kent has opened Knights’ Retreat, featuring eight themed lodges on its 500-acre estate. Open year-round, the lodges accommodate 4-5 guests and are inspired by mythical creatures. Guests receive complimentary access to the castle, grounds, and attractions. A 20% discount is offered on stays booked by 30 September 2025, applicable to midweek stays until 11 December 2025 and longer weekend breaks until 7 December 2025. Dining is available at The Castle View Restaurant.

🏨 Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel in London Mayfair, has unveiled three new Forte Suites: the Clementi, Clara Dow, and Nightingale Suites, each priced from £3,500 per night. The suites draw inspiration from local musical connections. The Clementi and Clara Dow Suites are designed by Paolo Moschino Ltd and Olga Polizzi, while Polizzi solely designed the Nightingale Suite. This marks the first phase of a broader design refresh at the hotel.

🍴 Le Ciro’s, a prestigious restaurant since 1920, opens at the Majestic’s beach in Cannes, now offering its maritime-inspired cuisine along the Mediterranean. The decor, designed by Jordane Arrivetz, reflects a yacht ambiance, featuring blue-and-white themes and marine details. Chef Gabriella Stocker, with Michelin-starred experience, crafts a seafood-focused menu, including lobster linguine and raw fish options. The dessert menu by Nicolas Maugard includes Baked Alaska and praline millefeuille.

🏠 Yacht Club founders Mary Allison Wright and McLain Hedges opened Rougarou on August 21 in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. The restaurant seats 68 inside and 75 in its backyard, which hosts live music. Rougarou features Southern-inspired dishes and a cocktail program with drinks like the Hurricane and Muffuletta Martini. Executive chef John David Wright leads the kitchen. The space also includes Over Pour, a retail shop offering grab-and-go items and novelties.

🏨 Hideaway Inns opens its first property, Hideaway Inn Mount Sunapee, in Newbury, New Hampshire. The 55-room hotel, developed by Hideaway Inns and managed by Revival Hotels, features a direct-to-door check-in system and amenities like Crosley record players and a mobile concierge app. Located near Mount Sunapee and Lake Sunapee State Beach, it offers various recreational activities. Saxton Sharad, CEO, announces plans for three more properties by year-end and 25 in five years.

🏨 The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, completed a property-wide renovation in downtown Seattle. All 189 guestrooms, including 45 junior suites and the Ambassador Suite, were updated. The hotel also launched the Marin restaurant, led by Executive Chef Robin Posey, offering a Pacific Northwest menu. Amenities include complimentary bicycles, a 24-hour fitness center, and 6,000 square feet of meeting space. Marin serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and offers a 2–5 PM happy hour.

🏨 JW Marriott opened its first Virginia hotel at Reston Station, a Washington D.C. area development. The 247-room hotel features 14 junior suites, 4 executive suites, and a presidential suite. It debuts the Mindful Rooms concept, offering wellness tools and personalized consultations. Dining includes The Simon, Schar Bar, and JW Market. The hotel offers over 40,000 sq ft of event space and features Lorenzo Quinn's "Building Bridges" sculpture.
