🏖 Kimpton has signed Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona, to open in early 2026. This will be IHG's first luxury property in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale area. The resort will feature over 400 rooms, suites, and villas, along with 50,000 sq. ft. of event space. Amenities include six pools, two tennis courts, and a day spa. Kimpton Miralina is jointly owned by Partners Group and Trinity Investments, and managed by Highgate.

Meliá unveils a third Paradisus location in the Canary Islands
