Namron Hospitality to open first property outside Mexico

🗽 Namron Hospitality will debut its first U.S. hotel, Le Particulier, in Miami Beach on 22 October 2025, featuring 54 rooms and the Los Bowls de Guadalupe dining concept. In Mexico, La Valise Los Cabos opens on 15 November 2025 on a 12-acre beachfront, offering activities like whale watching. El Cortés will launch in Mexico City's Roma Norte in March 2026, following restoration by COMAL.

COTE Korean Steakhouse Debuts at the Venetian Las Vegas

🍴 Gracious Hospitality Management (GHM) has launched COTE Vegas at the Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, as part of a $1.5 billion transformation. Founded by Simon Kim, COTE offers a Korean steakhouse experience. PBH Hotel Group opens Wine & Books by the Sea, Algarve Resort

CityHub to open first German hotel with Hamburg conversion
