🏨 UK, Autumn 2025, Bromley: The Royal Bell, a Grade II-listed building dating back to 1666, reopens after a multi-year restoration led by The BELLE Collective. The five-floor venue features 14 boutique rooms, a bar and grill, pizzeria, and members-only amenities like coworking lounges and a fitness studio. Memberships start at £110/month. The restoration aims to blend heritage with modern hospitality, spearheaded by investors Mark Goldberg, Jon Yantin, and Nick Gold.

🏨 The Hoxton Edinburgh, near Haymarket station, features 214 rooms, including three "House" category homes for larger groups, emphasizing Georgian charm with modern amenities. Patatino, the hotel’s Italian-inspired restaurant, supports local causes. The Get Together space hosts up to 250 guests. Ennismore plans to open The Hoxton Oslo in 2027 and expand in Vienna, part of over 20 hotels and 35 new F&B concepts globally by 2025.

🏨 Hotel Gotham Newcastle opens September 2025 in the city's former fire station on Pilgrim Street. The first phase unveils 57 rooms, including 6 suites. Early 2026 sees 30 more rooms, including Gotham Sanctum Suites, in the adjoining police station. The site will feature Siren and Fire dining options, an event space for up to 120 guests, and Club Brass, a members’ club. The development preserves heritage while adding a modern twist.

🍴 Beaufort House Chelsea will open KORA, a Mediterranean restaurant, in July 2025 at 354 Kings Road, Chelsea. Executive Head Chef Sasha Ziverts leads the venture, focusing on Mediterranean classics with British seasonal produce. Menu highlights include Yellowtail Kingfish, Saganaki Prawns, and Feta & Amarena Cheesecake, prepared with seasonal and imported ingredients. 🏘️ Radisson RED will open a new hotel in central London near Tower Bridge and the Tower of London by 2029, featuring 182 rooms and sustainable design targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. This expansion is part of PPHE’s strategy to increase their London presence and Radisson RED's focus on sustainability. The project replaces two old office buildings and is part of broader UK expansions including Liverpool, Twickenham, Birmingham, and Galway.

🌴 Northumberland's The Doxford Group unveils four luxury yurts at The Tempus, offering glamping experiences from June 26, 2025, starting at £135 per night. Located in the Northumberland countryside, the yurts are dog-friendly and cater to romantic retreats or peaceful getaways. The Tempus, which opened in May 2023, features 48 rooms and can accommodate up to 100 guests. A new children's playpark opens on June 7, enhancing family-friendly offerings.

🏠 Woolley Grange, a Jacobean manor in Bath, will undergo a full renovation led by StudioJill, starting October 2025. The work will update all 25 rooms, restaurants, spa, pool, garden, and common areas. StudioJill aims to blend the building's charm with modern luxury. This renovation is part of the Luxury Family Hotels collection, which includes Fowey Hall, Moonfleet Manor, and New Park Manor.
