🎸 In April, Rock N’ Roll Sushi opened its 74th location in Port St. Lucie, Florida, owned by Nick and Vinny Gannascoli, making it the 15th in Florida. Established in 2010 in Mobile, Alabama, by Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark, the franchise features a 2,000 sq ft, rock-inspired décor. The menu includes creatively named sushi rolls and other dishes, offering a unique dining experience. All locations operate as franchises.

[Update] Radisson Collection expands with seven new openings in 2025

🏨 Radisson Collection will expand in 2025 with new hotels in Lyon, Budapest, Berlin, Brussels, Lake Como, and Casablanca. In 2024, they opened hotels in Roma Antica, Riverfront Srinagar, and Cape Town. The Lyon hotel features 61 bespoke rooms, a spa, and a restaurant. The Budapest hotel opens in March, Berlin in April with a 16-meter-high vertical garden, and Brussels in Q2. Lake Como follows in Q3, and Casablanca in Q4. These expansions include the "Taste of Heritage" culinary series.

Ritz-Carlton debuts its first Reserve property in Central and South America
