🍹 Luis Hernandez, Brendan Bartley, and Robert Nieves opened Hello Hello on July 9 in New York City's Chelsea. The venue offers a café by day and a cocktail bar by night at 151 W 26th St. Drinks are priced at $18 and under. Café hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and bar hours are 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. or 2 a.m. DJs play Thursday-Saturday. Designed by West Chin Architects, it features a 1970s-inspired decor.

🏨 Whitbread is expanding in Manchester, with a ten-storey Premier Inn on Rochdale Road set to open in autumn 2026, featuring 157 rooms. Following its site acquisition in February 2024 and construction start in October 2024, the hotel will be Whitbread's second largest in Manchester city centre. Partnering with GMI Construction Group, the project emphasizes sustainability, aiming for renewable electricity from 2025. Whitbread plans to reach 125,000 rooms across the UK.

📍 IHG's Vignette Collection, launched in 2021, expands in Venice with The Venice Times hotel featuring 30 rooms. Centrally located, it offers proximity to landmarks like the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge, plus convenient Vaporetto access. A collaboration with Pacini Group further solidifies IHG's luxury presence in Italy. The hotel joins existing IHG properties like Hotel Indigo Venice – Sant’Elena, as part of IHG's strategic growth in Italy and worldwide.

🏨 Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz MGallery Collection opens in Biarritz, featuring 149 rooms, including 8 suites and 20 family rooms. Designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, the hotel showcases Basque-inspired interiors. Amenities include a Cinq Mondes spa and a restaurant by Chef Éric Frechon. Highlights include a panoramic roof terrace and local cultural experiences. The hotel supports Basque NGOs like La Maison Goxa Leku, offering wellness programs for cancer patients.

🏨 Dusit International expands with three new Dusit Hotels in Doha, Hanoi, and Chengdu, aiming to provide tailored experiences. A new hotel in Greenhills, Manila, is set to open in 2026. Each property features 120-300 rooms with amenities like destination dining and wellness services. With 294 properties in 18 countries and over 60 in development, Dusit plans to sign eight more hotels in key destinations within two years, targeting the upper-upscale market.

🍖 Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, founded in 1947 in Fort Worth's Stockyards, is undergoing renovations under new owner Taylor Sheridan. The updates include over 20,000 square feet of outdoor patio space and a 130-seat, members-only Cattlemen’s Club. Sheridan, owner of Four Sixes Ranch, is keeping the steakhouse open and compensating customers with free dinners during construction. The renovation, expected to finish by summer's end, aims to maintain the core menu and guest experience while introducing new features and exclusive memberships.

🏠 Villa Beatrice, Portofino, built in 1913 by Gino Coppedè, reopens after restoration by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio under Belmond management. It features 5 luxurious suites with butler, chef, and yoga instructor services. Eco-friendly renovation used local materials. Offers stunning Gulf of Tigullio views, direct Mediterranean access, and activities like cruises and stargazing. Strengthens Belmond's Italian presence alongside properties in Splendido and Lake Como, acquired 2023.

🏠 Thalazur Arcachon offers a home-like atmosphere with holiday comforts. Located near Arcachon Bay, it features a heated seawater pool, a fitness room, and an indoor-outdoor lounge bar. The venue includes 90 indoor parking spaces. Guests can enjoy themed evenings, boat, canoe, bike rides, and oyster tastings in summer. Managed by Hively Hospitality, it is a perfect base for exploring Arcachon Bay and the Dune of Pilat, focusing on nature, relaxation, and regional culture.

🏨 Amancio Ortega's investment firm, Pontegadea, is set to renovate the historic Hotel Banke in Paris, near the Opéra Garnier, transforming it into a Radisson Collection property by 2027. This aligns with Ortega’s strategy to invest in prime European locations like London and Barcelona. Meanwhile, Radisson Hotel Group expands in France with new hotels in Montpellier, Reims, and Paris, including a 144-room Radisson Blu in Montpellier. 🏨 London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square celebrates its 40th anniversary on 12 June 2025 with a major renovation. The hotel in Mayfair redesigns its lobby, M Club Lounge, and 11 event spaces. The new Luggage Room Lounge offers all-day dining, while the Mayfair Suites host up to 170 guests. The Westminster Ballroom accommodates up to 900. General Manager Alok Dixit highlights these updates as a blend of tradition and modernity for guests and the Mayfair community.
