🏨 Novum Hospitality, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and the Hilpert Group will open a new voco Hotel in Berlin-Mitte by late 2028. Located at Mollstraße 4, near Alexanderplatz, the hotel will have 440 rooms over 14,650 square meters. Construction starts mid-2026. This is the first voco Hotel by Novum Hospitality and marks their eighth collaboration with IHG since April 2024. Together, they manage over 1,400 rooms across various brands.

🏨 Adagio's fourth London site and ninth in the UK, the Adagio Original London City East, opens near the City business district and Aldgate East/Whitechapel stations. Offering 132 studios and flats, it introduces five coliving flats for groups. The design includes a mural by The Line Girl, embracing local culture. This launch boosts Adagio's UK urban presence, aligning with its strategic growth plan.

🌳 August 2023, 1 Hotels opens a 282-room property in Copenhagen’s Latin Quarter, transforming the former Skt. Petri hotel. Designed with biophilic principles and targeting LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent certifications, it includes natural materials and on-site greenery. Located at Krystalgade 22, near Tivoli Gardens and Nørreport Station, the hotel promotes eco-friendly exploration. Culinary offerings focus on local ingredients, and wellness amenities include a gym and a spa opening in 2026.

🏨 W Hotels, part of Marriott International, will open W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu in August 2025. Located in Poltu Quatu, Sardinia, Italy, the hotel will feature 154 rooms and suites, blending local heritage with modern design. Amenities include the TANIT seafood restaurant, a private beach club, a WET Deck poolside, AWAY Spa, and FIT fitness center. This expansion follows previous openings in London, Ibiza, and Barcelona, enhancing W Hotels' presence in Europe's upscale travel market.

📅 Andaz Lisbon and The Standard, Lisbon are set to open in Q4 2025 and 2026, respectively. Thompson Seville will open in 2026, providing 101 rooms. Thompson Miami Beach opens in Q3 2025, offering 147 rooms. Park Hyatt Los Cabos is scheduled for summer 2025, with 163 rooms and a wellness complex. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur will open in August 2025, offering 31 rooms. Hyatt is expanding its brand residences globally, including in Cabo del Sol and Mexico.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation has launched AluaSoul Sunny Beach in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, bolstering its Inclusive Collection. The adults-only hotel features 397 rooms, six restaurants, and panoramic Black Sea views. Located near Blue Flag beaches and UNESCO-listed Nessebar, it promises a seamless all-inclusive experience. Guests enjoy wellness facilities, water sports, and business amenities, while the My Favorite Club offers premium services like early check-in. Manuel Melenchon emphasizes exceptional value for guests and World of Hyatt members.

🏖️ Hyatt Centric announces its first hotel in Reims, France, opening August 2025. Situated in the heart of the Champagne region, the 155-room hotel offers views of the Aisne-Marne Canal and proximity to landmarks like the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Managed by Alboran Hotels & Hospitality, it includes a restaurant for 100 guests, a champagne shop, and nearly 400m² of event space with eight meeting rooms. The property focuses on personalized service and a relaxing atmosphere.

📍 Zedwell, a hospitality brand of Criterion Capital, acquired Mansell Court, transforming it into the Zedwell Tower Bridge hotel, marking their second London location. The hotel will feature 200 soundproof "cocoon" rooms to enhance sleep. Their expansion covers over 9,000 rooms in the UK, targeting cities like York, Manchester, and Edinburgh. Zedwell aligns with London's sustainability goals, focusing on adaptive reuse and eco-friendly designs. The city’s tourism boost includes the “Let’s Do London” campaign from May 2021.
