Procaccianti Companies Announces Renovation of Hyatt Regency Lexington

🏨 Procaccianti Companies will renovate the Hyatt Regency Lexington, Kentucky, starting next summer. The project, approved by Kentucky’s Tourism Development Incentive Program, involves refreshing 366 guestrooms, guestroom corridors, and public areas, plus redesigning the restaurant and bar, adding a marketplace, and expanding the fitness center. TPG Hotels & Resorts will manage the hotel, while TPG Development & Construction will handle the renovation. The upgrades aim to enhance guest experience and support Lexington's downtown growth.

Hotel expands Pitlochry portfolio with £250,000 townhouse conversion

Accor to introduce Mövenpick brand to UK

Located an hour from London, the project expands Accor's presence in the UK and Ireland, aligning with its growth strategy.

Le Clay is the first of four hotels by Seiler Constantin, aiming for an experiential luxury approach with European-based support and cloud architecture. Reservations open late spring 2026.

Tapestry Collection by Hilton to debut in Dammam

Aimbridge EMEA hails strong 2025 profit performance

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane reopens Art Deco Palm Court

Kinsfolk and Co to open first hotel in Fitzrovia in February

Opened by Paul Brackley and managed by Oliver Milne-Watson, the hotel will also include the Brasserie Angelica and Gambit Bar. Transforming heritage into value: Radisson’s 2026 pipeline focuses on landmark assets
