🌃 London, 2025, Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park—a collaboration by AHMM and TiggColl—is a new 12-storey co-living and hotel space near Notting Hill, featuring 322 guest studios. Located beside the Grand Union Canal, it includes a tiered courtyard and exterior of brick, polished steel, and green-glazed terracotta tiles. Communal spaces span three floors, with amenities like a 900-square-metre co-working area, a wellness suite, and creative event spaces. The interior design incorporates over 30 local brands.

🎵 Universal Music Group launched UMusic Hotels, establishing a unique hospitality venture that integrates music at its core. In 2022, a prime real estate opportunity in Madrid expedited their first hotel opening in November, featuring a theater with Antonio Banderas. The hotel offers a distinct experience by hosting live performances from local music students and focusing on diverse revenue streams beyond traditional room bookings. This initiative serves as a platform for both renowned and emerging musicians.

🍲 Crying Tiger, a Southeast Asian concept by Lettuce Entertain You and chef Thai Dang, opened Tuesday in Chicago's River North. Menu highlights include dishes priced $19-$115, with desserts by Juan Gutierrez. Kevin Beary crafted the beverage menu, while Richard Hanauer selected 75 wines. Designed by David Collins Studio, the 140-seat venue features a bar, winter garden, and private dining. The decor includes 3,000 ceramic tiles and custom scissors-style gates by Acorn Wire and Iron Works.

🏨 The Red Sea EDITION opened in Saudi Arabia on Shura Island, marking EDITION's second Saudi location after Jeddah. The luxury hotel features 240 rooms, including 53 suites, pools, a spa, gym, and multiple dining options. Guests arrive via Saudi Arabia's longest internal bridge. Designed by Rockwell Group, the resort spans over 10,760 square feet of event space, including a ballroom for 500 guests. The upcoming ANASA restaurant, led by chef Basma Elkhereiji, opens in December.

📅 Ennismore announced the signing of Delano SoHo New York and London before reopening Delano Miami Beach in early 2026. Delano Miami Beach will feature 171 rooms and four restaurants. Delano SoHo New York, formerly The Dominick, offers 391 rooms. Delano London, opening in late 2026, includes 67 rooms near Hyde Park. Ben Pundole joins as Delano's chief brand officer. Delano's expansion includes recent debuts in Dubai and Paris, with future projects in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica.

🏠 Proper Hospitality, in collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, will open the Dallas Proper Hotel & Residences in 2029 in Uptown Dallas. Designed by SOM with interiors by Kelly Wearstler, it will feature a 15,000-square-foot Proper Wellness & Padel Club, 200 guestrooms, over 22,000 square feet of event space, and 80 residences. The development includes three restaurants and five bar concepts, offering holistic wellness and cultural programming. Wearstler emphasizes the dynamic spirit of Dallas in her design approach.

🏖️ October 2023, Anaheim, California: Hilton Anaheim completes its multimillion-dollar renovation, unveiling the Anaheim Rooftide Terrace—a revamped fifth-floor pool deck with a 1,200 sq. ft. pool, two hot tubs, and a kids’ splash area. The Terrace includes the new Saltflower restaurant, offering coastal-inspired and seasonal fare, tiki-style cocktails, and juices. Executive Chef Prabeen Prathapan highlights shareable, bold flavors, aiming for a relaxed yet refined dining experience in Southern California style.

📍 WorldHotels Elite has welcomed Akgün Istanbul Hotel to its collection, marking its return to Turkey. Located in Istanbul's Surici District, the hotel offers 276 rooms, including a presidential suite, and features a spa, pool, and event facilities. It's strategically positioned 30 meters from Topkapi Metro Station and 40 km from Istanbul Airport.
