🛌 Code, a boutique hotel provider, reopened The Loft on Rose Street, Edinburgh, in 2025 after an extensive refurbishment. The project introduced the UK’s first full-height Japanese-style capsule beds, inspired by a management team trip to Tokyo. The renovation includes a female-only penthouse dorm, upgraded technology, secure storage, and modernized bathrooms. Managed by Jamie Greig and Pamela Mackay, the project aligns with Code's brand refresh. Code operates two locations in Edinburgh: The Loft and The Court.

🏨 Libere Hospitality Group (LHG) will repurpose the Cooper’s Building in Liverpool into a 148-studio aparthotel, preserving its heritage features while adding modern upgrades. Located in the city center, near shopping and Lime Street Station, the building was designed in 1914 and originally housed Coopers and Co department store. John Harrington highlights the project's flexibility for both leisure and business travelers. The renovation covers four of the building's six upper floors.

🏖 In 2026, Robins & Morton completed the Embassy Suites by Hilton Gulf Shores Beach Resort in Alabama, located near The Hangout, a venue for Sand In My Boots music festival. The resort includes a Starbucks, Sweet Cone Alabama, and various bars and restaurants. The Hilton Tapestry – Beal House in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, honors Dr. James Hartley Beal, with a seashell mosaic and local art. 🏨 Roswell, Georgia — The Chambray, a 125-key boutique hotel, will open in Summer 2027, developed by DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company, and operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Situated near Canton Street and Southern Post, it offers amenities like a rooftop sushi restaurant, a Mediterranean-inspired eatery, and 2,300 sq. ft. of meeting space. Embracing Roswell's textile history, its design is a collaboration between Matt Mitchell Design, David Thompson Studio, and 617 Studio.

🏨 First Martin Corporation and First Hospitality opened the AC Marriott Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown in Michigan, within the Downtown Ann Arbor Main Street District. The six-story hotel features 139 guestrooms and a curated art collection. Sustainable touches include solar panels generating over 50 kWh daily. Guests can enjoy the AC Lounge & Kitchen, a 500-square-foot boardroom, and pet-friendly amenities. It's the first AC Hotel in Ann Arbor and the fourth in Michigan, expanding the brand in the Midwest.

📍 Developers DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company have begun construction on The Chambray, a 125-key boutique hotel in downtown Roswell, Georgia. Scheduled to open in summer 2027, it will be operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and join Hyatt’s JdV Collection. The Chambray will feature 215 rooms, including three F&B venues and 2,300 square feet of meeting space, enhancing Roswell's community spirit and growth.

🏨 Minor Hotels reported a 32% rise in core profits to THB 6.8bn (£161m) for 2025. Revenues hit THB 133.2bn (£3.1m), with group sales up 4% to THB 166.1bn (£3.9m). Occupancy rose to 68%, with a 3% increase in average daily rates. Europe and the Americas drove earnings, boosting profits through leisure and corporate recovery.
