Jumeirah expands Dubai portfolio with three developments

🏨 Jumeirah, a luxury brand, plans to open three Dubai developments: Jumeirah Asora Bay (completion in 2029), a hotel/residential complex in La Mer South, and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers in the business district. Jumeirah Asora Bay will offer 103 hotel rooms, 20 villas, and 29 residences, while Jumeirah Residences will have 754 units. This expansion is part of Jumeirah’s Mission 2030 to double its portfolio, with a diversified offering including Jumeirah Icons, Privé, Hotels & Resorts, and Residences.

Dalata to launch first hotel in Spain with new Clayton hotel in Madrid

It's part of Madrid's urban expansion, close to attractions like IFEMA (4 million annual visitors) and Real Madrid City, and anticipates benefits from events like the F1 Spanish Grand Prix starting 2026. Dalata will operate the hotel on a 15-year lease with extension options, with rent based on revenue after the first three years.

OYO grows Sunday brand with six UK hotels

Ihcl Signs A Taj Conversion Project in Alibaug, Maharashtra

The 156-key Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa will include over 8,500 sq. ft. of banqueting space, catering to corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings. Guests will enjoy amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, Konkan Café, a bar, lobby lounge, swimming pool, fitness centre, and J Wellness Spa. This addition brings IHCL's portfolio to 38 hotels in Maharashtra, with 14 under development.

Ascott accelerates growth with new global additions

📍 Ascott Limited has over 17,400 units globally, with 11 new properties signed in the last 16 months, expanding across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Ascott Ortigas Manila, Ascott Shenton Way Singapore, and the first Ascott property in Wenzhou, China are recent additions. Ascott Villas Riyadh, its first all-villa hotel in Saudi Arabia, opens in July 2025. Hotel La Compañia Del Valle, Part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Now Open in Panama’s Valle De Antón

The luxury hotel, sitting 2,000 feet above sea level in an extinct volcano crater, is part of The Unbound Collection.
