[Update] Radisson Collection expands with seven new openings in 2025

🏨 Radisson Collection will expand in 2025 with new hotels in Lyon, Budapest, Berlin, Brussels, Lake Como, and Casablanca. In 2024, they opened hotels in Roma Antica, Riverfront Srinagar, and Cape Town. The Lyon hotel features 61 bespoke rooms, a spa, and a restaurant. The Budapest hotel opens in March, Berlin in April with a 16-meter-high vertical garden, and Brussels in Q2. Lake Como follows in Q3, and Casablanca in Q4. These expansions include the "Taste of Heritage" culinary series.

[Update] Accor: New hotel and resort openings worldwide in 2025

🏨 Accor plans multiple hotel openings for 2025 across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Southern Europe, Asia, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Key locations include Fairmont Golden Prague (320 rooms), Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol (311 rooms) in Spain, and Banyan Tree Escape in Tanzania. In total, over 60 new properties will open, emphasizing luxury and sustainability. Notable innovations include the "Smart House" concept and "Coliving by Adagio." The Adagio Original London City East offers 132 units.

[Update] Accor boosts its economic brands in Madrid with three Ibis hotels in 2025

🏨 Accor plans to open three new hotels in Madrid in 2025: Ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas (260 rooms), Ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas (148 rooms), and Ibis Budget Madrid Albasanz (101 rooms), totaling 509 rooms. This expansion will increase Accor's presence in Madrid, where it had 25 hotels by 2024. The strategy aligns with Accor's goal to expand its midscale and budget hotel presence in key European cities.
