This expansion will increase Accor's presence in Madrid, where it had 25 hotels by 2024. 🏨 citizenM is set to expand its hotel portfolio to 38 properties by 2025. The first new location, citizenM Dublin St. Patrick's, will be Ireland's inaugural hotel, featuring 245 rooms opposite St. Patrick's Cathedral. In late summer 2025, citizenM London Olympia will open its fifth London hotel with 146 rooms. Both hotels will offer modern amenities, art collaborations, and "affordable luxury" in key locations, aligning with citizenM's continued growth strategy.
