🏨 Radisson Hotel Group aims to open the Radisson Hotel Krefeld in 2028 as part of its European expansion, specifically targeting the DACH region. The hotel, to be situated in Krefelder Höfe, will offer 138 rooms, a restaurant, lobby bar, terrace, fitness center, a 270 m² meeting space, and 81 underground parking spaces. The area will also see the development of 245 residential units and a daycare center. Radisson entered the DACH market in 2019 with its Zurich Airport hotel, subsequently opening properties in Leipzig and Graz. Radisson's global portfolio now boasts around 200 hotels.

🏖️ Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club, part of Iconic Luxury Hotels, opens spring 2025 along Playa del Real de Zaragoza. Featuring 137 rooms and suites with Mediterranean views, including the Royal Marbella Suite, Garden Suites, and Terrace Suites, some with private pools or Jacuzzis. Four restaurants and bars, wellness facilities, seven treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, indoor pool, and yoga studio enhance the experience. The resort offers cultural experiences and is close to Marbella’s Old Town.

🏠 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to open Costa Irminia Retreat & Spa in Sicily's Marina di Ragusa in the second half of 2025. It'll be Italy's second and Sicily's first Vignette Collection hotel with 43 rooms. Near UNESCO sites like Ragusa, Modica, and Noto, and a marina with over 800 berths, the luxury hotel will feature a private beach club, two pools, a restaurant, and a bar. IHG collaborates with Blu Lava Resorts and Panoram Hotels for this project, signifying a broader strategy to expand luxury and lifestyle properties in Italy. Vignette Collection, launched in August 2021, is swiftly growing across the EMEA region with new hotels also in Germany, France, Turkey, Spain, and Hungary.

🏡 Mama Shelter announced the opening of a new hotel in Toulon for January 2028, located in the historic former bishop's palace on Cours Lafayette. The hotel will feature around 100 rooms, a restaurant and bar surrounding a century-old plane tree under a glass roof, and a terrace facing Place Paul Conte. The Toulon project is part of a broader city centre revitalization, including the refurbished Halles Biltoki. Mama Shelter, with 19 locations worldwide, continues to expand in France and internationally, with upcoming openings in Dubai, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Liverpool, and Lake Como.

🎂 Lough Erne Resort offers a Mother’s Day retreat on March 30th at 3pm, featuring a two-hour wax melt and candle workshop. The Scented Serenity Retreat package includes an overnight stay, a glass of prosecco, charcuterie board, and access to the resort's Thai Spa infinity pool. Guests can decorate a soy candle and name their unique scent. Tickets are £60.00, with day tickets available. The Resort is set in the Fermanagh Lakelands, surrounded by 600 acres of countryside.

🏕 Six Senses Comporta, under IHG Hotels & Resorts, will feature a 70-key hotel and 58 branded residences in the 400-hectare Pinheirinho estate near Lisbon. The area, once private, is designed to blend with nature, with architecture inspired by pine forests, sand dunes, and lakes. The resort will include 66 deluxe rooms, suites, three garden villas, a presidential villa, paths inspired by sacred geometry, and amenities focused on sustainability, wellness, and community. Culinary experiences will emphasize local, seasonal ingredients, and the spa will integrate into the landscape. Six Senses Comporta is set to open in 2028, joining IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio with nearly 100 open hotels in Europe and 24 properties in Portugal.

🍴 Reach Hospitality is set to open Evelyn, a Hollywood-inspired steakhouse, on Wednesday in Dallas' design district. The 9,500-square-foot venue, designed by ICrave, will feature The Piano Room and The Ruby Room, each with 75 to 100 seats, plus Room Seven lounge. Evelyn offers a beverage program with classic cocktails and martinis priced from $17-$22. The concept aims to provide a luxury space for dining, dancing, and a full night out. The steakhouse will be closed on Mondays.

🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality now manages the Hyatt Regency Houston West, located in Houston’s Energy Corridor with 400 guestrooms and suites. The hotel boasts 25,000 square feet of event space with advanced audiovisual capabilities and offers amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool. Dining options include Cafe on the Lake, Black Gold Bar, Pool Bar, and Grab & Go Market. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers, it provides access to corporate offices, Houston West Hospital, and CityCentre, plus Bear Creek Pioneers Park and Memorial City Mall.

🌳 Treehouse Hotel Manchester opened at Blackfriars Street and Deansgate, offering 200 rooms including three accessible rooms and a Treetop Suite to come. Following Treehouse Hotel London's 2019 launch, it's the second UK location. The hotel features a 43-seat screening room, seven meeting spaces for up to 400 guests, and a fitness area named "The Playground." Dining includes Pip restaurant and the upcoming Sister Moon on the 14th floor, set to open in 2025. The hotel emphasizes local collaborations and eco-conscious design.

🏨 Hilton and Black Label Hotels (BLH) will open the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport in October 2025 at The Wings business complex, near Brussels Airport. The partnership's third venture offers 250 rooms, meeting facilities, a restaurant, and is the only hotel with dedicated airline crew lounges in the area. Located in Diegem, The Wings holds BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, and DGNB Gold certifications. The CO2-neutral complex aligns with Hilton and BLH's commitment to sustainable and high-quality hospitality.
