🏨 Radisson Hotel Group partners with Magic Norway AS to open four new hotels in Bergen, Norway, introducing two new brands to the Nordic market. A total of 519 rooms will be added, with properties opening in the coming months. The Magic Kloverhuset Harbour Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, features 137 rooms and 20 apartments, while the Magic Hotel Bergen City Center offers 90 rooms. Prize by Radisson, Solheimsviken Bergen, with 217 rooms, and Prize by Radisson, Xhibition Bergen City, with 55 rooms, will launch later. These openings raise Radisson's Nordic portfolio to over 50 hotels.

🏦 Corinthia Group acquired Maison 140 Beverly Hills and the Mosaic Hotel, with a combined total of 100 rooms, in Beverly Hills, California. The transaction was conducted through a joint venture with Kuwait's Action Real Estate Company. The acquisition aims to enhance Corinthia's global market presence. The hotels will be managed by Palisociety and overseen by Corinthia's development arm for potential enhancements. This expansion into Beverly Hills follows Corinthia's partnership with Action Real Estate and its North American debut with The Surrey in New York.

🏨 Hospitality ON compiled a map of new hotels opened worldwide in the last 10 days; these include hotels from groups, chains, and networks. Markings: yellow for hotels opened this week, blue for announced openings later in the year, green for rebranded hotels reopened this week, and orange for hotel projects signed this week to open in the future.

🏖 Opening in 2028, the Six Senses Comporta in Portugal features a 70-key hotel and 58 branded residences within a 400-hectare Pinheirinho estate. The resort will offer 66 deluxe rooms, suites, three garden villas, a presidential villa, and residences with two to five bedrooms. It includes a spa, wellness facilities, a Path of Life, and a children’s area. Dining venues will focus on local ingredients, and activities range from kitesurfing to golf. The project is a collaboration with VIC Properties, emphasizing sustainability and preserving the region's heritage. Six Senses Comporta joins IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, adding to IHG’s 24 open and 13 developing properties in Portugal.

🏨 Hotel Azenberg Stuttgart joins Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western, located near Stuttgart city center with 58 rooms, including one suite. Features wellness area, heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, garden, and seminar room for 20 people. The hotel underwent renovation in 2025, upgrading communal areas. BWH Hotels Central Europe now has seven properties in the Stuttgart area, embracing a growth strategy integrating independent hotels.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group plans to open a 180-room hotel within Oxford United Football Club's proposed new stadium in Kidlington, pending planning approval. Over half the rooms will offer pitch views. The development is expected to create nearly 1,000 jobs and will include sustainable features like solar panels and a low-carbon energy supply. The 16,000-seat stadium will be all-electric and one of the UK's most sustainable. Cycas Hospitality will manage the hotel, with a decision from Cherwell District Council expected soon.

🎶 Pendry Nashville, set to open in 2027, will feature 180 guestrooms, 146 residences, and amenities like a rooftop pool and event space totaling 10,000 square feet. Developed by Pendry Hotels & Resorts, SomeraRoad, and Trestle Studios, this luxury hotel and residence will be situated in Paseo South Gulch district. Residence sales begin this year, with options ranging up to 3,800 square feet. The project reflects Nashville's cultural dynamism and will offer tailored programming and services.

🏨 Raines is managing the Hilton Garden Inn Greenville University Area, fourth collaboration with Clarendon Properties. Owned by Greenville Ventures, LLC alongside Co-X Holdings and Sandlin Investments, this property is the first hotel in downtown Greenville. Situated at 423 Evans Street, it's near East Carolina University and other landmarks with Pitt-Greenville Airport three miles away. The 101-room hotel boasts a fitness center, meeting rooms, pet-friendly accommodations, and the area's first rooftop bar, 1717 The Rooftop. Raines expanded its portfolio by over 20 properties in 2024 and aims to grow further in 2025.

🏢 TPG Hotels & Resorts now manages Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Market Center, an eight-story hotel with 240 rooms, featuring a fitness center, outdoor pool, over 8,000 square feet of meeting space, including 10 rooms and a largest one at 2,100 square feet. Located near Dallas Market Center, Dallas Market Hall, downtown, American Airlines Center, and UT Southwestern Medical Center, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers. Amenities include on-site dining, a 24/7 Pavilion Pantry, a business center, and guest laundry facilities. The largest meeting room hosts up to 200 guests.

🏨 Radisson Blu launched its first hotel in Montpellier, France, featuring 144 rooms near Le Corum Convention Center and Place de la Comédie. The hotel includes 500 square meters of meeting space, a fitness center, a restaurant, a bar, and is Green Key certified. The on-site restaurant, Le Boudoir Montpelliérain, offers French cuisine, and local beaches are easily accessible. Senior Vice President Franchise, Radisson Hotel Group, Joep Peeters, highlighted the property's prime location and sustainability initiatives.
