Kimpton adds to Mexico portfolio with hotel, residences in Monterrey
🏠 Kimpton, under IHG Hotels & Resorts, announces a new 120-room hotel and 60-residence property in Monterrey, Mexico, set to open in 2026 within Latin America's tallest tower, Torre Rise. Operated by Marca Hotel Solutions and owned by Grupo Alora, Kimpton Monterrey will feature panoramic views, an onsite wellness center, a restaurant, a lobby lounge, and 1,244 square meters for events. Monterrey, Mexico's second largest economy, offers a bustling business and cultural scene. This is Kimpton’s sixth planned property in Mexico, joining others including an all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya and a boutique hotel in Mexico City. Kimpton currently operates 78 hotels with 57 additional projects underway.
