🌍 Amadeus, in its strategy to become a "one-stop shop" for tech solutions, has acquired Forwardkeys, a Spanish company specializing in market data on tourism flows and air traffic. The acquisition amount is confidential. Previously, Amadeus acquired Vision-Box in January and Voxel in March last year. These strategic acquisitions aim to enhance Amadeus's capabilities in tourism intelligence, expanding its portfolio and customer base through complementary offerings.
