Arora acquires Novotel London West in joint deal with Deva Capital

🏨 Arora Group, in partnership with Madrid-based Deva Capital, acquired the Novotel London West in Hammersmith. This expands Arora's portfolio to over 20 properties and 8,000 rooms in the UK. The Novotel London West features over 630 bedrooms and conference facilities for 3,000 delegates across 33 spaces. This marks Arora's second hotel in central London, complementing their existing InterContinental London – The O2. The acquisition amount remains undisclosed.

International Hotel Killarney hits the market

Blackstone acquires EAST Miami from Trinity, Certares

Offshore owners acquire three Ibis hotels

Dunalastair Hotel Suites sold to Loch Rannoch Estate

PPHE completes £17.5m acquisition of Tower Bridge development site

🏨 PPHE Hotel Group acquired a development site near the City of London for £17.5m. The site, near Tower Bridge, will host a Radisson Red lifestyle hotel with 182 rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, and 41,000 sq ft of office space. Opening in 2029, the total investment is about £90m, aiming for a high single-digit yield. The project seeks BREEAM “Excellent” accreditation and is PPHE’s European Hospitality Fund’s second acquisition. Their portfolio is valued at £2.2bn.
