The purchase is part of Partners Group’s hospitality strategy with a USD $1 billion asset portfolio. This marks their fourth collaboration with Trinity since 2023. The hotel, which opened in spring 2022, features four F&B venues, a rooftop, and over 1,000 square meters of event space, with plans to boost group bookings and F&B offerings.

💵 Newmark has arranged a $51 million loan for Virgin Group to refinance Virgin Hotels Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee. Opened in July 2020, the hotel is located on Music Row near The Gulch, Downtown Nashville, and Vanderbilt University. It features a rooftop bar, speakeasy, restaurant, rooftop pool, fitness center, and over 15,000 square feet of meeting space. This property is a flagship for the Virgin Hotels brand in the U.S.

📊 JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group completed the sale of a two-property, 184-room hotel portfolio in Salisbury, North Carolina. BPR Properties sold the Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury (94 rooms, renovated) and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salisbury (90 rooms). Both four-story hotels lie along Interstate 85. Combined, they offer 1,950 sq. ft. of meeting space, fitness centers, pools, and more. Salisbury, in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area, boasts strong demand drivers like healthcare and education.

🏖 Driftwood Capital announced the topping off of the $420M Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa in Florida's Space Coast, slated for completion in Q3 2027. The 502-key resort, started in September 2024, is 45% done. It will cover 15.7 acres with 72,000 sq ft outdoor space, 51,500 sq ft indoors, and 11 dining venues. The package includes a senior loan from BMO Bank N.A. and a mezzanine loan from MetLife Investment Management. The complex features a 200-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 150-room Homewood Suites by Hilton. Located 2.5 miles from San Diego International Airport, the properties include extensive amenities and meeting spaces, benefiting from proximity to corporate and government facilities.
