🚀 Numa Group, a European fully digitalised hospitality platform, has acquired lifestyle aparthotel brand Native Places from Native Holdings. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

🏨 Room Mate Hospitality & Leisure acquired Staying Valencia's 10 boutique hotels and aparthotels in Spain's Valencia, expanding its portfolio to 32 properties across Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the U.K., and Turkey. Advisors included Clifford Chance, Perez Llorca, JLL, PwC, Arcadis, and JJL. The acquisition follows Room Mate's purchase of The Lime Tree Hotel in London (November 2023) and the opening of Palazzo Dei Fiori in Venice. Post-acquisition by TPG Angelo Gordon and Westmont Hospitality in July 2022, Room Mate targets an EBITDA of €40 million ($43.33 million) by 2025.

🍻 After two unsuccessful attempts, Carlsberg will acquire Britvic for £3.3 billion, paying 1,290p per share and a 25p special dividend to Britvic shareholders. The completion is expected in Q4, leading to a new entity, Carlsberg Britvic. This follows Carlsberg's deal to buy Marston’s 40% stake in their joint venture for £206m. Carlsberg aims to enhance its UK market position by combining strong beer and soft drink portfolios, including Britvic brands like Fruit Shoot and Pepsi.

🏡 Ibis Styles hotel on Waterloo Street, Glasgow, obtained a £5m refinancing from Assetz Capital, specializing in SME commercial property and residential development loans.

🏨 The Driftwood Hotel in Cornwall, owned by Paul and Fiona Robinson for 22 years, was sold to a private investor group. 🏨 Turkish firm Kaya Holding acquired the Great Northern Hotel in London, a Grade II-listed building with 88 keys and three F&B venues. The acquisition was advised by BlackGate and Fladgate LLP, while Cushman & Wakefield acted for the seller. Formed in 2013 after a £40 million renovation, the hotel changed hands after former owner Jeremy Robson left in 2019, with Kew Green managing since June of that year. Kaya Holding aims to strengthen tourism ties between Turkey and England.

🏨 Blackstone Real Estate acquired Village Hotels from KSL Capital Partners for €800 million ($857.16 million). Village Hotels, with 33 properties and 4,400 keys across the U.K., offers full-service hotel stays and amenities including fitness clubs and co-working spaces. The deal, advised by Lazard and Santander for Blackstone and Morgan Stanley with Dentons for KSL, reinforces Blackstone's U.K. hospitality sector growth, following over £550 million ($695.44 million) investment in Bourne Leisure since 2021.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels acquires me and all hotels from Lindner Hotels AG, expanding its European footprint. The deal, terms undisclosed, closed on Friday. The me and all brand, part of Hyatt’s portfolio since 2017, transitions from a nested to a standalone brand. Hyatt's global lifestyle portfolio's rooms quintupled by the end of 2023. The partnership began in 2022, enhancing Hyatt’s German and European presence. All Lindner properties integrated into Hyatt’s loyalty program, benefiting 46 million members. me and all has six hotels, over 1,000 rooms, and plans for new hotels in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Stuttgart by 2026.
