Partnership brings powerful automation to thousands of property managers across France and Europe

FRANCE, 03 JUNE 2025 – SuiteOp, the first Guest Operations Platform unifying hospitality teams and operations in a single ecosystem, today announced its integration with Smily, one of France’s leading rental software platforms for property managers, agencies, and concierge services.

The integration marks a significant milestone in SuiteOp’s European expansion, bringing its automation-driven platform to thousands of Smily users across France and wider European markets. Founded by French entrepreneurs Simon Seroussi and Jean-Emmanuel Losi – after successfully scaling their US-based property management company, Sosuite – SuiteOp is now deepening its presence in their home market through partnership with a key player in French hospitality tech.

France is one of Europe’s largest and most professionally managed short-term rental markets, with a high concentration of property managers and strong year-round demand. By partnering with Smily, SuiteOp gains direct access to this vibrant landscape – supporting local operators with the tools they need to streamline operations and scale sustainably.

With the integration now live, Smily users can connect directly to SuiteOp and automate the operational side of their business without the need for third-party connectors or manual data entry. As bookings are confirmed in Smily, SuiteOp triggers a complete operational response: scheduling cleans and inspections, assigning tasks, activating guest portals, managing smart devices, verifying guest identities, sending upsell offers, and surfacing real-time performance insights. The entire guest journey – from pre-arrival to post-check-out – is managed through a centralised, customisable operational dashboard.

By integrating directly with SuiteOp, Smily now extends its offering into the operational layer, giving property managers a fully connected, end-to-end solution to operate more efficiently, respond faster, and scale with confidence.

Simon Seroussi, Co-Founder of SuiteOp, said: “We’re proud to be a French-founded company expanding back into the European market. Smily has built a great platform and a strong user base. By partnering, we’re helping operators across France, and Europe, move faster, work smarter, and deliver a better guest experience without operational friction.”
