Europe/North Africa: Karelle Lamouche has been promoted from COO to CEO of Europe and North Africa for Accor’s premium, midscale and economy brands.
Accor’s European and North African portfolio represents approximately 40 per cent of its entire global network (by number of rooms at the end of 2024). It includes more than 3,000 hotels across 40 countries.
Lamouche has been with Accor for almost 30 years. She has risen from in-hotel positions to country and global leadership roles spanning operations, marketing, communications, and commercial.
“This region is the world’s number one travel destination but is made up of a huge number of markets, languages and culture,” said Lamouche. “Accor understands how to thrive in this complex market better than anyone else and we have the expertise, scale, brands, distribution, system delivery and operational excellence to deliver results for our hotel owner partners and retain loyal guests.
