ATHENS – 14 JULY 2025 — IDeaS, a SAS company and the world’s leading provider of hospitality revenue management software and services, is proud to announce its partnership with Ella Resorts, a fast-growing hospitality brand offering a distinctive collection of sustainable, affordable luxury resorts in iconic European destinations including Rhodes, Corfu, and Crete.

As a newcomer to the competitive Greek resort market, Ella Resorts understood from the outset the importance of embedding a data-driven revenue strategy to support its rapid growth and diverse property portfolio.

To meet this goal, the company has implemented IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) across its resorts, enabling centralized control over pricing and inventory strategy and real-time revenue insights. The partnership marks a strategic step in Ella Resorts’ mission to scale efficiently and expand market share while delivering consistently high performance and guest value.

Konstantinos Mitsios, revenue director at Ella Resorts said: “Implementing IDeaS G3 RMS has been an important step in supporting our growth. The solution provides valuable insights that help us make more informed decisions, improve revenue performance, and enhance the overall guest experience. IDeaS stood out for its industry-leading technology, deep expertise in hospitality revenue science, and strong reputation in the resort segment. The implementation was impressively smooth–their support and responsiveness were outstanding. This helped us stay on track and fully operational within the expected timeline.”

Before partnering with IDeaS, Ella Resorts managed revenue through manual processes spread across individual properties, making it challenging to maintain consistency, respond effectively to market dynamics and meet the evolving demands of a growing brand. The diversity in seasonal trends and market conditions across locations underscored the urgency for a centralized, intelligent solution to help guide and execute their revenue strategy.

Michael McCartan, area vice president, EMEA, at IDeaS, said: “Transitioning from manual revenue practices to an automated system is a significant and essential milestone for any hospitality brand, especially one growing as quickly as Ella Resorts. We’re proud to support their move toward greater efficiency, consistency and overall revenue performance with a solution that empowers smarter, data-driven decisions across their portfolio.”

IDeaS G3 RMS has transformed revenue management by automating complex pricing and inventory decision recommendations and significantly improving demand forecast accuracy. By forecasting market demand for multiple length of stays, at a granular room-type, market segment or product offering level, G3 RMS empowers resort operators to make proactive, data-driven revenue optimization decisions. This shift has enabled teams to move beyond spreadsheets and tedious tactical adjustments to concentrate on strategic, high-impact initiatives.

Since implementing IDeaS, Ella Resorts has already achieved notable commercial and operational improvements. Revenue teams now benefit from actionable insights and dynamic per-person pricing capabilities that adapt in real time to shifting demand. Improved forecast accuracy supports more efficient operational decision-making, a better understanding of risk, and stronger coordination across properties, a critical advantage as the brand plans to expand further throughout the Mediterranean.
