At Least 16 Airlines Still Not Flying to Dubai, Reducing Long-Haul Capacity for Winter Hotels
✈ At least 16 airlines outside the Gulf remain absent from Dubai, reducing long-haul capacity for hotels’ winter season. KLM announced on October 26 it would suspend Dubai flights throughout winter 2026/27, ending March 27. Lufthansa Group said on October 23 it would delay its return until November 25. Finnair, United, Air Canada and Wizz Air are also staying away until spring, undermining hotels’ expectations of European flights returning in late October.
