World’s highest hotel Ciel Dubai Marina to open in November

Developed by The First Group and part of IHG's Vignette Collection, it will feature 1,004 rooms, eight dining venues, and the highest infinity pool on level 76. Amenities include a luxury spa on the 61st floor, a 24/7 fitness center, and access to Soluna Beach Club. It aims to redefine hospitality with its innovative design and breathtaking views.

International Hotel Killarney hits the market

Bunkhouse Hotels opens bookings for Hotel Daphne in Houston

🏨 Hotel Daphne, a 49-room boutique hotel from Bunkhouse Hotels, has opened reservations for January 2026 in Houston Heights, Texas. Hypsi, its restaurant and lounge helmed by chef Terrence Gallivan, will launch in November 2025. Designed by Blanchard A+D with interiors by Bunkhouse, the five-story hotel features a restaurant, bar, library, and custom art. Room rates start at $359. Omar Abreu, the regional general manager, anticipates creating a vibrant community hub.

Rambler Group acquires The Oaks Hotel in Burnley

KE Hotels buys The Queen Hotel Cheltenham

This is KE Hotels' fifth UK property, featuring 84 bedrooms in a Grade II-listed building on a 1.13-acre site in Cheltenham town center. Savills facilitated the sale, reflecting a trend in single asset transactions, which reached £1.35 billion in H1 2025, an 8.4% increase from the previous year. KE Hotels also owns properties in Newcastle, Oxford, Manchester, and California.

PPHE to open Radisson RED hotel in Tower Bridge
