Situated in Timișoara's Baroque old town, the 48-room hotel offers 45 rooms and 3 premium apartments, with facilities including a restaurant, bar, meeting spaces, spa, and rooftop jacuzzi. Timișoara gained international interest as a European Capital of Culture 2023. Transport links connect the hotel, which is 20 minutes from Timișoara International Airport and 7 minutes from the central railway station.

🏨 Bob W plans to open a 136-unit aparthotel in Stuttgart's Bad Cannstatt district in 2027. The 3,000-square-metre property will feature smart apartments, a communal kitchen, and a 550-square-metre fitness area operated by FITSEVENELEVEN. Located near Bad Cannstatt railway station, it offers easy access to Stuttgart city centre. Real estate platform THRIVE 2039 eG, with apm projektmanagement GmbH, is developing the project, which aims for DGNB sustainability certification. Bob W plans 12 new openings across the DACH region.

The 161-room hotel, made from 1,600 cubic meters of regional timber, features a 440-square-meter atrium. LOFT9, a rooftop bar, and Saal Friedrich, a 320-square-meter event space for 220 guests, highlight the amenities. Daily, about 10,000 people pass through the complex.

Featuring 1,600 cubic meters of timber, it includes a 440-square-metre atrium and hosts around 10,000 visitors daily. The hotel offers a 90-square-metre gym, a rooftop restaurant, and conference spaces up to 320 square meters for 220 guests, emphasizing a blend of work, leisure, and social engagement.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group and Jin Jiang International Hotels have opened the Radisson Blu Hotel, Shanghai Eastern Hub, featuring 445 soundproofed rooms. Located between Shanghai Pudong International Airport (13 km away) and the future Shanghai East Railway Station (4 km away), the hotel supports cross-border business travel via air-rail connectivity. It offers 6,700 sqm of event space, including a conference hall, and boasts dining options with Shanghai, Jiangsu-Zhejiang, and Cantonese cuisine. Leisure facilities include a wellness center and fitness center.

🏨 Irish hotel group The Address Collective will open The Address Wren in Glasgow next month. This 30-bedroom penthouse hotel is located atop the Caledonian Chambers at 87 Union Street, above Glasgow Central Station. The launch follows the opening of their first Glasgow site in 2023, marking the company’s seventh hotel. The historic building, a Category B-listed Edwardian structure, was refurbished with modern interiors. The Address Collective also plans to open The Address Capel Street in Dublin later this year.
