JMK Group Secures £48m Loan to Convert City of London Office into 260-Bed Hotel, Pending Approval
🏨 JMK Group secured a £48m loan from OakNorth and REL Finance to convert Peninsular House, a nine-storey office in City of London, into a 260-bed hotel, pending planning permission. Founded in 2009, the family-run company has expanded across London and Ireland. This redevelopment, including views of Tower Bridge and the Gherkin, aligns with JMK Group's growth strategy after acquiring Clements Lane. The loan follows a previous acquisition in December 2024.
