Wyndham Hotels Reports Record Development Pipeline with Over 2,200 Hotels and 259,000 Rooms in Q1 2026

🏨 Wyndham Hotels reported a record development pipeline of over 2,200 hotels as of March 31, 2026. System-wide rooms grew by 4%, driven by an 8% increase in US development contracts, totaling over 259,000 rooms. Net income was stable at $61m, with adjusted income up 9% to $73m. Adjusted EBITDA reached $156m, an 8% rise. Ancillary revenues increased by 21%. US RevPAR improved by 250 basis points against forecasts, supported by occupancy in Florida, Texas, and California.

Hotel Brands Face Growing Challenges from Platforms, Losing Consumer Relations at Key Stages, Report Finds

Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors have 271 million and 243 million members, respectively. Expedia's One Key boasts 168 million members.
