Kimpton signs resort property in Paradise Valley, Ariz.

Mandarin Oriental being taken private at $4.2 bln valuation

💰 Hong Kong-based Jardine Matheson will acquire remaining shares of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, valued at $4.2 billion, and take it private. The company offers $3.35 per share, a 52% premium over the last unaffected price of $2.20 on Sept. 29. Mandarin Oriental operates 44 hotels in 27 countries. Recent sales include 13 floors of its Hong Kong hotel for $925 million. By June 2025, it reported a 45% profit increase to $798 million.

Hilton Washington DC/Rockville completes major renovation

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Orleans appoints new GM

Ennismore pushes the throttle down on Delano Hotels
