🏠 The Royal Institution (Ri) achieved a 42% reduction in carbon emissions at its Grade I listed Georgian building, surpassing its 35% target. Supported by a £4.35 million grant from the Mayor of London, the Albemarle Street site improved from EPC D to B rating. Upgrades included air source heat pumps, intelligent management systems, LED lighting, and innovative solar-reflective coatings. The Ri's transformation, enhancing sustainability while preserving heritage, aligns with Project FootpRint's goals.
