The voco London – Waterloo will feature 182 rooms, while Hotel Indigo & Suites London – Waterloo will offer 172 rooms, marking its European debut. Both will share amenities and are situated near cultural landmarks. The project aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, incorporating sustainable technologies. This expansion strengthens IHG’s UK presence, collaborating with Palm Holdings.

🏖 Scandic Hotels and Lima Besparingsskog will lease a new hotel in Sälen with 120 rooms and 16 apartments. It will boast ski-in, ski-out access between Tandådalen and Hundfjället. The hotel features a wellness area, and a new ski lift will be added. It's part of Scandic's Nordic expansion, including new openings in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Umeå by 2026. The eco-friendly hotel will be certified by Nordic Swan Ecolabel, promoting sustainable practices.
