Frogmore and C1 Capital List Two Mercure Hotels in Northampton and Essex for £19 Million Sale

🏨 Two Mercure hotels in Northampton and Essex are for sale for a combined £19m by Frogmore Real Estate Capital and C1 Capital. The Mercure Northampton, featuring 146 rooms and 12 meeting spaces, is priced at £11m after a £1.2m refurbishment. Mercure Thurrock Stifford Hall in Essex, with 97 rooms, is listed at £8m following an £800,000 renovation. Both hotels, operating under Accor franchise, generated nearly £7.8m combined revenue last year.
