🚀 Delta Air Lines has expanded its AI-powered assistant, Delta Concierge, to all SkyMiles Members as of August 2026. Initially launched in October 2025, it integrates into the Fly Delta app, helping with reservations, flight status, rebookings, cancellations, and bag tracking using natural language. Cancellations currently apply to full itineraries only, with instant refund or eCredit. This rollout is part of Delta's digital enhancement strategy, as confirmed by Chief Digital Officer Eric Phillips.
