🏠 The Bedford by Martha Stewart opened at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, designed by ZDS Architecture & Interiors and Marquee Brands. Inspired by Stewart’s 1925 Bedford, NY farmhouse, it features a beige-gray palette with stone floors and open kitchens. A private dining room with olive and green hues adds a cozy atmosphere. This is Stewart’s first East Coast restaurant, following the 2022 Paris Las Vegas opening.

🏖 Spanning three years, Colorado's Dunton Hot Springs underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation, led by Waldo Works and Christina Rossi. Key features include a revamped Saloon and Dance Hall with a new wine cellar, Chuck’s Cabin with original log walls and a turquoise-tiled rain shower, and the refreshed Well House. The Potter House redesign concluded this transformation, enhancing bathrooms and adding soft goods. Major Ross Cabin blends rustic charm with modern interiors, maintaining the resort's Wild West spirit.

🍴 Back Home Hospitality, the team behind Che Fico, has launched Via Aurelia in San Francisco's Mission Rock. This new restaurant, inspired by Tuscan tradition, is located on the ground floor of Visa headquarters with views of the San Francisco Bay and the Giants’ ballpark. Designed by Jon de la Cruz's DLC-ID with Color Atelier, the interiors feature vaulted ceilings, Florentine sandstone, and a custom color palette to create a modern yet timeless Italian ambiance.

🌲 Danish brand Vipp unveiled its first U.S. retreat, Vipp Pavilion, in Upstate New York, a 1,200 sq. ft. structure designed by Johnston Marklee. Located on a pond surrounded by 16 acres of forest, the pavilion took four years to design, featuring a unique geometric form and tactile interiors. It includes two bedrooms and a kitchen with aluminum accents. The surrounding landscape, crafted by Larry Weaner Landscape Associates, uses low-maintenance native plants.

🍴 Fooq’s, a 14,000-square-foot dining venue, reopened in Miami's Little River with design by Joyn Studio. David and Joshua Foulquier lead this Iranian-French inspired space, offering rustic elegance. Notable features include an intimate entrance bar, a wine corridor, and a double-height dining room with greenery. The outdoor patio matches the interior size, and the Lion’s Den upstairs provides a private, late-night ambiance. Joyn Studio incorporated deep reds, neutrals, and natural materials for a Miami-Scandinavian fusion.

🏖 Set in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region, the St. Regis Papagayo Resort is emerging with a quarter-mile beachfront. Developer Solana collaborates with CHAPI Design, Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, Gensler, and Maat Handasa. The resort will offer 120 ocean-view guestrooms and 143 residences priced from $3 million. Key offerings include six dining venues, infinity pools, a spa, and a 21,161 sq ft Astor Mansion priced at $30 million. Groundbreaking for residences is imminent.

🏨 Huntington Hotel, located atop San Francisco's Nob Hill, reopened after a renovation by Flynn Properties and Highgate. The 143-key hotel features 71 guestrooms and 72 suites, including a 1,500 sq ft penthouse. The reopening marks the 50th anniversary of the Big Four restaurant, now a 72-seat dining space. The Nob Hill Spa, renovated with a three-floor wellness facility, includes 12 treatment rooms, an indoor pool, and an 1,800 sq ft fitness center.

🏠 New York's Zero Bond opened a 15,000-square-foot members club at Wynn Las Vegas. Designed by Tihany Design and Todd-Avery Lenahan, it emphasizes culture and hospitality. The interiors feature rotating art exhibitions, including works by Ansel Adams and Camille Claudel. Dining includes the Fairway Grill by chef Alfred Portale. Amenities include a Baby Disco, Penthouse, and cigar lounge. Outdoor Sculpture Garden features art by Herb Alpert and Joan Miró. Two private gaming salons are also available.
