🎵 Stylus, a new members club, is opening this fall on New York's Lower East Side, transforming a historic building into a 10,000-square-foot cultural hub. O’Neill Rose Architects redesigned the space into an 8,500-square-foot interior and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor area. The venue features advanced acoustic systems, a vinyl collection, and a commercial kitchen overseen by culinary director Anita Lo. The cellar includes a shoes-off listening lounge with immersive audio and 40Hz sound therapy.

🏖 The Baby Grand, a 31-room hotel by CH Projects and Post Company, opened near the Coronado shoreline. Transforming a 6,000-square-foot parking lot into an oasis, it features a coffee shop, a Greek restaurant, and lush landscaping. Inside, a soundscape by Swizz Beatz and hidden artifacts create an immersive experience. Guestrooms include clamshell beds and expansive bathrooms. The design, a departure from typical California beach aesthetics, offers a rich, evolving atmosphere.

🌇 New York’s Lower East Side, After Eden, founded by Gelo Honrade, offers an all-day experience. By morning, it caters to casual gatherings, transforming into a more intimate bar setting as day turns to night. The interior, designed by Kim Lin, evokes the Garden of Eden with green tones and vintage-modern elements. A mural by Eric Ramirez adds to the evening's indulgent theme. The Opium Den, a private room, caters to smaller, secluded gatherings.

🌐 Edge at Hudson Yards will debut its multimillion-dollar transformation this summer, redefining the Western Hemisphere's highest sky deck. Collaborators include Journey, Moment Factory, and SOFTlab. The permanent installations span the 4th to 100th floors, with features like Pulse and Crystal Cave. Peak restaurant reopens on May 29th on the 101st floor. Situated 1,100 feet above NYC, the Edge offers new F&B amenities including the Marquee Skydeck. The revamp emphasizes immersive design and storytelling.

🏖️ Scott Miller has launched Ensemble, a hospitality design firm, with the Paradise Valley Hotel & Casitas in Arizona as its flagship project. The property, developed by Walton Global and built by Clayco, will break ground this year and be operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Ensemble's design emphasizes a residential feel with natural materials and a courtyard connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. The spa and pool area highlight the desert's duality with contrasting design elements.

🏛 In the historic Baixa neighborhood, Hyatt's Andaz Lisbon opened with 170 guestrooms and suites. Designed by Patricia Urquiola with Moerschel Arquitectos, it features Portuguese craftsmanship with cork, stone, mosaic tiles, and mahogany. The hotel includes Luzzi, a rooftop restaurant, and Andaz Lounge, with elements like rattan and velvet chairs around stone tables. The design celebrates Lisbon's vibrant spirit with digital art and integrated technology, blending traditional and modern aesthetics.

🏨 In Bucks County's Carversville, Pennsylvania, the historic Carversville Inn, established in 1813, has been rejuvenated by Milan Lint and Mitch Berlin. The inn features six guest suites with striking black walls and a 65-seat restaurant helmed by chef Dara Tesser. Collaborating with Wolstenholme Associates and JR Maxwell Builders, the inn includes unique vintage decor from global and local sources, like Parisian markets, and a restaurant focused on regional ingredients.

🌴 Aman plans to open Amansanu, its sixth U.S. property, 90 minutes from Austin, Texas. This ranch-inspired retreat spans Texas Hill Country, featuring standalone pavilions and residences starting at 10 acres. Designed by Olson Kundig, it harmonizes with the landscape. Amenities include a Main Lodge, dining concepts, an Aman Spa, a Wellness Center, and Aman’s first serviced stables. This expansion joins other upcoming Aman locations in the Americas, such as Amanvari and Aman Miami Beach.

🏝️ HQ Hotels & Residences by SBE, in collaboration with Wellington Estates and Wyndham Hotels' Registry Collection, will debut HQ Cas en Bas Resort & Residences in Saint Lucia this November. The property will feature 96 residences with plans for 82 more. Amenities include a central pool, a spa, fitness center, and diverse dining venues like Katsuya Beach. Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi leads culinary efforts. Designed for social and service-oriented experiences, it targets modern travelers.
