🏝️ Montage Hotels & Resorts plans to launch Montage Ras El Hekma, its first resort in Egypt, featuring 96 residences and 200 guestrooms. The $35 billion development includes amenities like a spa, marina, and cultural landmarks such as the Ras El Hekma Lighthouse and an amphitheater for 10,000 guests. Located on 1.4 miles of Northern Egypt’s shore, it is the first of 17 precincts in the expansive Ras El Hekma masterplan.

🏠 Architecture firm //3877 has designed the interiors of Pisco y Nazca in Bethesda, Maryland. The restaurant features a bold exterior with colorful signage over a neutral palette. Inside, textured lighting, a lively bar framed by an arched colonnade, and a Nazca Line mural by Mike Theodoran enhance the space. The dining area includes a vaulted gold ceiling and a mobile by Roberto Sayas. Private dining is available, highlighted by a mural from Gisella Stapleton.

🏨 Hilton unveils Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley in California, a 203-room downtown urban resort. The DyeLot Interiors-led renovation features a two-story lobby with custom furnishings. Casa Mani offers 188 guestrooms, 15 suites, and a BOA Steakhouse designed by Backen & Backen. The resort includes a Wellness Wing with a Peloton Fitness Center and Spa, plus 15,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Key elements embrace organic textures and nods to local agriculture.

🏔 Slated for the 2028 winter season, Raffles Hotels & Resorts will open its first alpine resort in Courchevel, located in the exclusive Jardin Alpin of the French Alps. Developed by Art de Vivre, it will feature 50 guestrooms and suites designed by Humbert & Poyet. Guests can enjoy dining in two destination restaurants with winter gardens. Spa amenities include thermal experiences and a panoramic pool. Raffles Courchevel will be the sixth European hotel, joining another upcoming location in Lake Como in 2027.

🛀 Downtown Manhattan sees the opening of Lore, a 6,200 sq ft bathing club in NoHo, co-founded by James O’Reilly and Adam Elzer. Lore features a 700 sq ft communal sauna, infrared sauna, and 46-degree cold plunge, promoting frequent sessions for health benefits. The club uses natural materials to create a sensory-driven environment. Inspired by traditional practices, Lore aims to enrich health and provide a space for reconnection amidst city life.

🏨 Accor India and InterGlobe Hotels, in partnership with Ennismore, will launch the Hoxton in Bengaluru City, India, in November. Located on Richmond Road, the hotel will feature 149 rooms, including four expansive HOMEY suites of 592 sq. ft. AIME Studios designed the interiors to evoke a home-like feel. The ground floor will serve as a social hub, while the rooftop will host Fi’lia, an Italian restaurant. The hotel offers event spaces for up to 240 guests.

🍳 Uchiko Denver, a revamped Cherry Creek art gallery, opened recently. Michael Hsu Office of Architecture transformed the space, maintaining its intimate architecture and adding a central sushi bar. The design includes local materials like walnut, Douglas fir, and yakisugi, integrating Colorado's landscape aesthetics. Collaborations feature local artists such as Nicole Hyde and Olive Moya. The venue supports community, combining art and craftsmanship with contributions from Housefish and Workshop.

🎵 Stylus, a new members club, is opening this fall on New York's Lower East Side, transforming a historic building into a 10,000-square-foot cultural hub. O’Neill Rose Architects redesigned the space into an 8,500-square-foot interior and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor area. The venue features advanced acoustic systems, a vinyl collection, and a commercial kitchen overseen by culinary director Anita Lo. The cellar includes a shoes-off listening lounge with immersive audio and 40Hz sound therapy.

🏖 The Baby Grand, a 31-room hotel by CH Projects and Post Company, opened near the Coronado shoreline. Transforming a 6,000-square-foot parking lot into an oasis, it features a coffee shop, a Greek restaurant, and lush landscaping. Inside, a soundscape by Swizz Beatz and hidden artifacts create an immersive experience. Guestrooms include clamshell beds and expansive bathrooms. The design, a departure from typical California beach aesthetics, offers a rich, evolving atmosphere.
