🏨 JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown, managed by Stonebridge Companies, is set to open in spring 2026. Located in the city’s core, this 237-room hotel is a conversion of the former W Atlanta Downtown. Texas-based Looney & Associates spearheaded the design, drawing on Atlanta's railway heritage and cultural diversity. Key features include a 360-degree lobby bar, Italian-inspired restaurant, rooftop pool bar, and an Executive Lounge with 24/7 access. Wellness-focused guestrooms and meeting spaces are also highlighted.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts opened voco Times Square – Broadway, its largest property in the Americas, as one of the last new-build hotels in New York’s Times Square. It is a 32-story, 419-room hotel, featuring the only hotel rooftop with unobstructed panoramic views. Located at Seventh Avenue and West 48th Street, the hotel joins six other voco properties in New York. As of December 31, 2025, voco has 124 hotels open globally with 108 in development.
