The hotel prioritizes sustainability, earning CASBEE S certification. Dining options are NiNi, Spotted Stone bar, and Neighbors Café. Additional amenities include a 460 square meter event space and a wellness spa. The design features natural materials, echoing Japanese craftsmanship, and offers skyline views. The hotel aims to blend business, culture, and green space.

🏨 Six Senses opened its first U.K. hotel in London at The Whiteley, a historic building near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, originally a department store from 1911. 🏨 a&o Hostels purchased a vacant office building in Berlin's Kreuzberg in late 2023 to convert it into Europe's largest hostel. The €40 million project will offer 2,500 beds across 610 rooms, with 69% shared accommodations. Berlin's tourism increased by 7.5% in 2024 with 13 million visitors. a&o's expansion has seen a €500 million investment, adding 11,000 beds over 24 months. The hostel sector is projected to reach €8.2 billion by 2029, with the project opening in early 2027.
