📈 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has appointed Amit Sripathi as CFO, effective immediately. Sripathi, previously Chief Development Officer – North America, succeeds Kurt Albert, interim CFO since November. 📈 Trailborn Hotels & Resorts has appointed Paul Eckert as chief operations officer. In spring 2024, the Hill House at Trailborn Mendocino, California, will open, followed by Trailborn Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in summer 2024. Eckert, who managed $400 million in revenue and $100 million in NOI at Davidson Hospitality Group, will now oversee Trailborn’s expanding portfolio. With 30 years of experience, his leadership aligns with Trailborn’s growth and guest satisfaction goals.

📅 Andrew Finn returns to Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, as general manager in 2026. With nearly 40 years at Hilton, he previously managed Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport (2023-2026) and Hilton Rosemont (2017-2022). The Palmer House, located in Chicago, boasts 1,641 rooms, including Lockwood Restaurant & Bar and Potter’s Bar, plus 130,000 sq ft of event space. Originally from Ireland, Finn began his U.S. career at Hilton Chicago.

📍 Chris Delgado has been appointed as general manager of The Sarasota Modern in Sarasota, Florida. Bringing 15 years of hotel management experience, Delgado aims to guide Oliver Hospitality's growth. Previously, he worked nearly two years at AvantStay and held leadership roles at Omni Hotels & Resorts. This 89-room property is in Sarasota's Rosemary District, and Delgado is excited about fostering creativity and individuality. Oliver Hospitality also manages The Nashville Reserve and is involved in various projects.

📈 Sage Hospitality Group appoints Daniel del Olmo as President and CEO in 2023, succeeding co-founders Zack Neumeyer and Walter Isenberg, who led since 1984. Del Olmo joined Sage in 2020, recently serving as Co-CEO. Walter Isenberg transitions to Executive Chairman of the Board, while Zack Neumeyer becomes Chairman Emeritus. Del Olmo emphasizes investing in talent and enhancing partnerships. This leadership change is the result of years of planning aimed at strengthening Sage's culture and strategy.

🏨 EOS Hospitality appointed Abe Liao as vice president of operations, overseeing selected assets like Kingston Resorts and Washington DC properties. With over 20 years in hospitality, Liao previously managed The Watergate Hotel's rebuild and was VP of operations at Aimbridge Hospitality. EOS operates over 60 hotels and resorts with more than 10,145 keys across the U.S. CEO Simon Mais praised Liao's leadership and operational alignment.

🏨 Marriott International appointed Henri Michel as general manager of the Paris Marriott Champs-Élysées Hotel, coinciding with the hotel's redesign completed by Muza Lab. Michel, with Marriott since 2000, has 25 years of experience in Germany and France, including leadership roles such as general manager of Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel. His appointment aims to enhance the property's operations and guest experience. Michel started his hospitality career with a three-year apprenticeship.
