🌊 Novotel, marking its first anniversary with WWF, announced new sustainable seafood principles for its 600 hotels, set to be fully implemented by 2027. The goal is to eliminate over 350 endangered species and ensure all wild-caught seafood is MSC-certified. Novotel’s "Plant Forward" initiative aims for 25% plant-based menu items by 2026. 🏞 Capella Ubud, designed by Bensley, is a luxury tented camp in Bali, Indonesia, featuring 23 extravagant tented villas.
