🏢 Ronan Group and Staycity Group are partnering to develop a 288-room aparthotel at Waterfront South Central in Dublin's North Docklands under Staycity's Wilde brand. The eight-storey property will be part of a 4.6-acre mixed-use scheme. A planning application will be submitted soon, with a decision expected by Q2 2026. Staycity operates 6,500 apartments in 20 cities. The project supports business and leisure demand and is adjacent to Citi's development.

🚨 Louvre Hotels Group aims to renovate 80% of its hotels by 2028, investing €300 million over three years. In 2025, over 70 company-operated hotels and 130 franchised properties across France and Europe were renovated, boosting market share by 10 points.
