🏨 Hilton plans to open its first hotels in Plymouth, UK, and Cork, Ireland, by 2027. In Plymouth, a historic 1865 hotel will be renovated with 120 rooms, opening in spring 2027. Cork's new 103-room hotel will open in autumn 2027. These projects, part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, aim to create around 100 jobs. The Plymouth site will feature meeting facilities, a fitness center, and dining options, while the Cork hotel will offer extended-stay accommodations.

🏨 The Livingston debuted in Brooklyn, New York, as the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the area, developed by Midas Hospitality and ACRES Capital. 🏠 Park Hyatt Residences will launch 103 branded residences in Nine Elms, London, later this year. Developed by Knightcrest, backed by Valouran, these residences are above Park Hyatt London River Thames. Architecture is by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Christian Bense. 🍴 Fooq’s, a 14,000-square-foot dining venue, reopened in Miami's Little River with design by Joyn Studio. David and Joshua Foulquier lead this Iranian-French inspired space, offering rustic elegance. The outdoor patio matches the interior size, and the Lion’s Den upstairs provides a private, late-night ambiance. 🏖 Set in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region, the St. Regis Papagayo Resort is emerging with a quarter-mile beachfront. Developer Solana collaborates with CHAPI Design, Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, Gensler, and Maat Handasa. The resort will offer 120 ocean-view guestrooms and 143 residences priced from $3 million. Key offerings include six dining venues, infinity pools, a spa, and a 21,161 sq ft Astor Mansion priced at $30 million. Groundbreaking for residences is imminent.

🏨 Huntington Hotel, located atop San Francisco's Nob Hill, reopened after a renovation by Flynn Properties and Highgate. The 143-key hotel features 71 guestrooms and 72 suites, including a 1,500 sq ft penthouse. The reopening marks the 50th anniversary of the Big Four restaurant, now a 72-seat dining space. The Nob Hill Spa, renovated with a three-floor wellness facility, includes 12 treatment rooms, an indoor pool, and an 1,800 sq ft fitness center.

This renovation includes over 25,000 square feet of modern event space. The destination features updated meeting spaces, and three new dining options, enhancing its appeal in Massachusetts, near Boston.
