📍 Hilton has rebranded the former Mondrian Los Angeles as The Valorian Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton, located on Sunset Boulevard. Initially opened in 1996, the hotel underwent a redesign in 2018. Now operated by Pivot from Davidson Hospitality Group, the rebrand introduces the White Rabbit Sky Lounge, offering panoramic views and immersive experiences. The Valorian features 30-foot entry doors and rotating art installations, aiming to preserve its iconic status on the Sunset Strip.

🏨 Denver, Colorado: Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center completed a $70 million renovation, transforming 1,100 guestrooms and suites with eco-friendly materials and new amenities. The 14-month project added Summit Five, an 891-square-foot meeting space, to its 60,000+ square feet of event spaces. Approximately 90% of old furnishings were resold for sustainability. The renovation involved partners like DLR Group and Milender White, ensuring the hotel's full operation during the upgrade.

🏨 B&B Hotels, a leading budget hotel operator in Europe, operates 900 hotels across 19 countries, targeting fragmented markets. In 2025 alone, 57 new hotels are set to open. CEO Céline Vercollier aims to enhance the company’s leadership position, with a strong focus on Europe. 📍 Hong Kong's Dragon-i nightclub, founded in 2002 by Gilbert Yeung, underwent a renovation by London-based studio Pirajean Lees. Inspired by Wong Kar Wai's films, the redesign features a central marble bar, swirly timber panels, and silver leather banquettes. The bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling mirrors and stainless-steel cubicles with pink lights. The adjacent members' club offers a listening bar with Yeung's personal records and plush velvet seating. The design emphasizes vibrant colors and sensory materials, celebrating the dynamic spirit of Hong Kong nightlife.

🏨 TMGOC Ventures began construction of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Savannah, Downtown, in October 2023. The 168-room hotel will occupy the Savannah Skyscraper, opening in early 2028. It will feature luxury amenities like a restaurant, rooftop bar, 5,000 sq. ft. spa, and meeting space. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and Studio Mc+G Architecture, it marks Savannah's first Ritz-Carlton, emphasizing its historical legacy and setting a new luxury standard.

🏨 NewcrestImage opened the 296-room Hotel Mockingbird in Dallas, Texas. Acquired in October 2024, the hotel underwent a complete renovation and joined Marriott's Tribute Portfolio. Managed by Coury Hospitality, renovations included two new F&B venues: Verse Kitchen and Bar, and speakeasy Raven. The hotel offers 12,000 square feet of meeting space and is near Mockingbird Station and Highland Park Village. The property is conveniently located near Love Field and Southern Methodist University.

🏨 Marriott Marquis Houston completed renovations of 1,000 guestrooms and 150,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The refreshed interiors feature Texas-inspired textures and curated local art. Updates include custom carpets and furniture with natural materials. The hotel aims to enhance guest experiences amid Houston’s growing status as a global business and entertainment hub. The Texas Ballroom and other spaces now offer a modern, light-filled environment for events, reflecting the city’s unique spirit.

🏠 Kaizen Development Partners and Douglas Elliman Real Estate are developing Chalk Hill in Uptown Dallas, introducing the first Texas location of EDITION Hotels. The 2.5-acre site will feature a 214-key hotel and 60 residences. The property includes a 29th-floor penthouse with 6,866 square feet, and over 3,300 square feet of private outdoor space. Amenities include a restaurant, bar, spa, and wellness center. Designed by Bonetti/Kozerski, BOKA Powell, SWA, and SCDA.
