🏨 Hyatt has opened the 123-room Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga Downtown in Tennessee, marking its debut in the city. Developed by 3H Group Inc. and operated by LBA Hospitality, the hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows, 55-inch HDTVs, and plant-based bath amenities. Dining options include Nomia Modern Kitchen and Stratus Rooftop Lounge. The hotel also offers versatile meeting spaces and is located 15 minutes from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. Guests can use the Chattanooga Red Line free shuttle.

📍 Minor Hotels, in early 2027, will launch The Wolseley Hotels in New York at 130 West 44th Street, a historic building from 1905. The hotel will offer 76 rooms and suites. Rooted in The Wolseley restaurant's heritage, this luxury brand will mix British elegance with global influences. Future expansions include Dubai and other key cities across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

🛳 Four Seasons Yachts embarked on its maiden voyage with the 679-foot *Four Seasons I* in the Mediterranean. Designed by Tillberg and Martin Brudnizki studios, this yacht features 95 suites, including the 10,000 sq. ft. Funnel Suite. With 11 restaurants and a wellness spa onboard, it offers 32 voyages in its debut year, exploring 130 destinations across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas.

📍 The brand, having two properties with three more planned in Italy, marks the hotel group's first move into holistic hospitality.

It boasts a rooftop infinity pool, Texas-shaped lazy river, six dining venues, and easy access to nearby attractions.

Owned by Ishan and Binoy Patel of SAI RAM Galleria LLC, the 146-room hotel caters to long-term stays with amenities like full kitchens, free WiFi, and a fitness room. Located near major corporations and healthcare centers, the property aims to meet demands in this high-barrier, high-demand area. It's designed for both business and leisure travelers and offers free parking and breakfast.

🏨 Thackeray Group launched Onefifty Fenchurch, a 33-apartment luxury aparthotel at 150 Fenchurch Street, after a £12 million, 24-month conversion. Located near Fenchurch Street Station, it features studios and one-bedroom apartments (17-31 sq m) with kitchenettes, walk-in showers, and air conditioning. Shared amenities include a gym, yoga studio, work studios, and a lounge. Falconer Chester Hall led architecture, and Studio Mark Andrew designed the interiors. Operated by Vertiq Hospitality Partners, it offers 24-hour support.

🏘️ In Utah, Masastudio completed a 12,001-square-foot villa at Amangiri resort. Situated near Arizona's Page, it's surrounded by iconic sites like Horseshoe Bend. This six-bedroom villa features an outdoor terrace with a 35-meter pool. Constructed from concrete mixed with local sand, it integrates into the landscape. With retractable glass walls, skylights, and minimalist interiors, it emphasizes privacy and harmony with nature. Designed by Marwan Al-Sayed and Mies Anderson, it's inspired by the region's natural beauty.

🏨 Langham Hospitality Group plans to open The Langham, Ningbo, in Xiushui Street, Haishu District. Set to be the third Langham hotel in Ningbo, it will feature 75 rooms, a destination bar, fitness facilities, and T’ang Court, its first Michelin-starred restaurant in Zhejiang Province. Located near Tianyi Pavilion and Ningbo Confucian Temple, the hotel will blend restored historic architecture with modern design. The project emphasizes cultural preservation and Ningbo's growth as a business and leisure hub.

🏨 Indianapolis Marriott East completed a $25 million renovation of 315 guestrooms and 90,000 sq ft of meeting space, adding a new pool and updated fitness center. The Skylight Bistro & Wine Bar now offers a revamped menu by executive chef Manny Hodge.
