🌴 Omeon Mykonos, operated by SWOT, opens this month at Greece’s Agios Stefanos Bay. This five-star, adults-only hotel offers 38 rooms across five buildings designed by Urban Soul Project. It showcases Cycladic minimalism with organic shapes and earthy tones. The guest rooms provide Aegean Sea views. Amenities include a restaurant, signature bar, cocktail bar, Soma Spa, and an open-air gym. An infinity pool with a sand-mimicking effect anchors the communal area.

🏠 In Bethesda, Maryland, Walker & Dunlop arranged a $104.5 million construction loan for the Ritz-Carlton Savannah, a 15-story luxury hotel. Part of Savannah's Historic District, this project redevelops two office buildings into a 168-room hotel with amenities and food outlets. Expected to enhance local hospitality, the hotel benefits from historic tax credit programs. Located near River Street and major attractions, it's set to meet luxury demand. The original building dates back to 1911.

🏨 Minor Hotels plans its first Anantara hotels in India: the 69-key Anantara Zanti Coorg Resort, opening in 2028, and the 170-key Anantara Kolkata Hotel, opening in 2032. Coorg resort, designed by Channa Daswatte, will feature four dining venues, a spa, and a kids' club. The Kolkata hotel will include two restaurants and wellness facilities. The hospitality group aims to expand to 50 properties in India within 10 years, focusing on luxury and premium brands.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels plans to develop a uniquely Indian brand concept, inspired by its Atona concept in Japan. Stephen Ho, Hyatt's president for Greater China and Asia Pacific growth, shared the vision to capitalize on India's traditions and landscapes to attract both domestic and international travelers. Hyatt, which entered India in 1983, currently operates 55 hotels in the country. The initiative aims to address under-tourism in India despite its vast size and potential.

🏨 Hotel Viking in Newport, R.I., reopens in May 2026 after a comprehensive renovation for its 100th anniversary. KHP Capital Partners led the refurbishment with Pivot and Beleco, preserving original 1920s architecture. The hotel includes 208 rooms and four new dining concepts by Chef Robert Andreozzi and Jesse Hedberg. Spa Fjör offers updated amenities, while the event space covers over 13,000 sq. ft., including the Viking Ballroom for 400 guests and Kay Chapel for 200 guests.

🏖️ 2023, Kauaʻi's North Shore: 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay introduces Nature’s Wellness Sanctuary, with a 10,000-square-foot Anatomy Fitness facility and Hawaii’s first Bamford Wellness Spa. This initiative, by Barry Sternlicht, encompasses strength, recovery, and health optimization, featuring IV therapy and more. Under leaders like Carole Bamford and Marc Megna, retreats last four nights, offering a tailored wellness experience and à la carte options, supported by six restaurants with personalized menus.

🏨 Santorini's Bellonias Villas, located on Kamari beach, reopens in April 2026 after a complete renovation. The hotel, featuring 26 one-bedroom suites, blends traditional Cycladic architecture with modern minimalism. Renovations include pressed cement walls, stone-tiled floors, and updated amenities like ceiling fans, smart TVs, and Bluetooth speakers. Exterior designs were done by Athens-based K Studio. The hotel offers facilities like Elia Restaurant, a pool-side bar, a private beach, and a wellness area with a whirlpool tub, steam room, and sauna.

📍 The Wolseley Hotels, a new brand from Minor Hotels, will open its first property in New York in 2027. Located in a landmark 1905 building near Bryant Park, the hotel offers 76 guestrooms and suites with Art Deco-inspired interiors. Featuring an all-day dining restaurant and a speakeasy, it aims to blend New York's cultural scene with British elegance. Future expansions are planned in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

🏨 In Nashville, the Hutton Hotel completed a $40 million renovation, led by AvroKO, transforming the lobby, guestrooms, and adding new amenities. By Spring 2026, a 3,200 sq. ft. spa and fitness center will open. The hotel features 246 guestrooms, including two penthouses and a 3,000 sq. ft. suite. Evelyn's restaurant, led by Chef Lucas Fleming, offers classic-inspired dishes. Event spaces cover 20,000 sq. ft., accommodating up to 1,500 guests.

🏨 Orlando World Center Marriott, the world's largest Marriott, completed a renovation of its Grand Ballroom and convention spaces. The revamped Grand Ballroom spans 36,000 sq. ft., with 14 spaces, new design elements, and advanced lighting and sound systems. The hotel offers over 500,000 sq. ft. of function space, a 105,000 sq. ft. ballroom, 10 dining outlets, a lagoon pool, and more. Enhancements include modernized public areas, LED lighting, and digital boards for branding.
