Founded in 1986, it operates 13 five-star properties across 11 cities, with over 3,500 rooms. Plans include 10 new projects, increasing their inventory to over 5,000 rooms, with three openings set for 2026 in Coorg, Jaisalmer, and Mumbai, plus an international debut in Dubai. The brand emphasizes "True Indian Luxury" to compete with giants like Indian Hotels and Oberoi Group.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts enters a franchise agreement to convert 11 hotels in Germany, Belgium, and France to its Holiday Inn, voco, and Garner brands. In Germany, 6 hotels (1,125 rooms) are in Leipzig, Bremen, and Wiesbaden. Belgium will host 4 hotels (497 rooms), including at Brussels Airport. France's single hotel (186 rooms) will be at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. These hotels will join IHG’s system by the first half of 2027, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty.

🏨 Noble Investment Group opened Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District in Savannah, Georgia, featuring 148 rooms and suites. This is Tempo by Hilton's first property in Georgia, managed by McKibbon Hospitality. Located on East Bryan Street, it offers easy access to local attractions and the Savannah Convention Center. The LEED-certified hotel includes tech-enabled rooms, a Peloton Suite, and 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Dining options feature local ingredients and a rooftop menu.

📰 The Colbert Collection launches with the WestDill Hotel Mayfair opening in London in Q4, transforming a former NatWest bank into a 50-room hotel. Owned by Royal Group of Companies Singapore, it’s part of Minor Hotels' strategy to create a global portfolio of unique hotels. Led by Dilip Rajakarier, the collection emphasizes cultural and culinary experiences. Minor Hotels also owns The Wolseley Hospitality Group, managing several upscale UK venues.
