🏨 Indianapolis Marriott East completed a $25 million renovation of 315 guestrooms and 90,000 sq ft of meeting space, adding a new pool and updated fitness center. The Skylight Bistro & Wine Bar now offers a revamped menu by executive chef Manny Hodge. The hotel features 497 rooms and is located near Downtown Indianapolis, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Bottleworks District. General Manager Timothy Wagner emphasizes the hotel's role as a community hub.

🏨 Expected in July 2027, the future Golden Tulip Gdańsk Old Town will open with 300+ rooms in Wyspa Spichrzów, Gdańsk. This complements the Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence, opened in 2016 with 195 units. Louvre Hotels Group's Polish presence includes clusters in Warsaw, Kraków, Kołobrzeg, Międzyzdroje, and Wrocław. Their total will surpass 2,000 rooms post-Gdańsk project. In France, 200 hotels will be renovated by 2025, with €300 million invested for 80% modernization by 2028.

🏨 Element North Austin Tech Ridge, managed by Concord Hospitality, opened in Austin, Texas, in March 2026. The hotel offers 124 guestrooms and suites, each featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and water filtration system. Most rooms have full kitchens. Amenities include a fitness center, meeting space, and a large outdoor pool. The hotel is near major tech employers, The Domain shopping center, and PopStroke Austin, an entertainment complex with mini golf and more.

📍 Richy Almond and Pernille Lind completed The Newman hotel in Fitzrovia, London, for Kinsfolk & Co, owned by Gerent Group. The hotel celebrates the area’s bohemian history, featuring Brasserie Angelica and the Gambit Bar inspired by figures like Nancy Cunard and Percy Wyndham Lewis. Guestrooms and wellness spaces blend local architectural styles with Swedish Grace influences. Art curated by renowned experts enriches the hotel’s narrative, making it a seamless part of London.

🏨 TPG Hotels & Resorts completed renovating the 166-room voco College Station Aggieland in College Station, Texas, near Texas A&M University. The hotel, now under the voco brand by IHG, caters to university visitors and event attendees. With over 75,000 Texas A&M students and corporate investments, the location is prime for university-driven lodging. Modernized rooms feature premium amenities, and the hotel includes an outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting spaces, and the Revelry Bistro and Bar.

🏨 Corinthia Rome, the luxury brand's debut in Italy, opened in the former Bank of Italy on Piazza del Parlamento. Built in 1914 and restored after acquisition in 2019 by Reuben Brothers, the 104,400-square-foot building houses 60 guestrooms, including 21 suites. Notable suites feature original 1920s frescoes. Chef Carlo Cracco leads the culinary scene, marking his first venture in Rome, with a spa in the former vault.

🏨 Sofitel New York underwent a major Art Deco-inspired renovation by HBA San Francisco. Upgrades include 398 guestrooms and 52 suites, with new features like French-inspired paneling and custom furnishings. The penthouse, at 1,205 sq ft on the 28th floor, now boasts geometric detailing and a luxurious bathroom. Public spaces, including Social 45 Bar & Bistro and Paris Ballroom, also received updates, enhancing their Art Deco aesthetics.

🏨 Glenapp Castle, located on Scotland’s southwest coast, will unveil The Nest, a new 60sqm suite, on 1 July 2026. The suite, part of an 1830s walled garden renovation, features wellness facilities and energy-efficient systems. Aimed at North American and European markets, it is projected to achieve 65% occupancy, increasing average stay duration from 2.2 to 2.7 nights. Under owners Paul and Poppy Szkiler, the hotel's revenue has increased sevenfold in the past decade.
