Utah restaurant group Hill Top Hospitality expands its presence in Salt Lake City

🍽 Hill Top Hospitality operates three restaurants in Salt Lake City-Park City, Utah, with a fourth recently opened and a fifth coming. Hearth and Hill, their first restaurant opened in Park City in 2018, and has been on Salt Lake City Weekly’s “Best Restaurant in Park City” list for two years. The eclectic menu features items ranging from $8-$42. A second Hearth and Hill launched in Salt Lake City’s Sugar House neighborhood at The Residences at Sugar Alley. Hill’s Kitchen, a breakfast-and-brunch concept, also plans a Salt Lake City outpost in April with items from $9-$21. Urban Hill, a fine-dining restaurant in Salt Lake City, opened in late 2022, offering dishes from $15-$67. The new Hearth and Hill has 190 indoor and 60 outdoor seats, an open kitchen, and is led by GM Lucy Clark and Chef de Cuisine Josh Bernabe.

Ennismore extends its influence in Spain and Romania with two projects in the pipeline

🏡 SLS Madrid Infantas residences are set to open in 2026 in Barrio de Justicia, developed by Persepolis Investments, managed by Sorigué, marking Ennismore's first entry into Spain's residential market. The transformation of a 1920s neo-baroque building by Eduardo Sanchez Eznarriaga includes 33 residences, priced at €15,000 per square meter, ranging from 1,658 to 3,320 square feet, with Bulthaup kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, marble bathrooms, and terraces with pools. Mondrian Bucharest by One United Properties and Ennismore, located at 8-10 Georges Clemenceau Street, near the Romanian Athenaeum, features around 100 rooms and suites, a pool, spa, and fine dining. Lemon Interior Design, under Elena Oancea's direction, draws inspiration from "Youth without age and life without death," ensuring authentic Romanian cultural representation.

Dusit International signs deal to manage property in Manila

📍 Dusit International to manage the upcoming Dusit Greenhills Manila, opening in San Juan City, Metro Manila in 2026. The hotel will be part of the 50-story Primex Tower, located 45 minutes from Manila International Airport. Featuring top 10 floors occupancy, 200 guestrooms, rooftop swimming pool, gym, ballroom, and dining options including Benjarong and a rooftop bar. Primex Tower will also have office and retail spaces. Dusit International operates 296 properties in 18 countries and plans to open nine more in the Philippines within five years.

Casa Cipriani coming ashore in Miami

🏠 Casa Cipriani is expanding to Miami with a 40-suite boutique hotel, private members’ club, and 23 residences within a 17-story oceanfront tower at 3611 Collins Avenue, representing the brand’s first foray into real estate. Architect Brandon Haw designed the Miami location, developed by 13th Floor Investments, Midtown Equities, and the Cipriani family. Sales for residences will start later this year, with groundbreaking to follow. 13th Floor Investments has been active since 2008, while the Cipriani brand originated with Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1931.

Armani Hotel Milano joins Preferred’s Legend Collection

🏡 Armani Hotel Milano has joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts' Legend Collection, which comprises over 100 independent luxury hotels globally. Located on Manzoni Street 31 in Milan's fashion district, the hotel is a partnership between Giorgio Armani S.p.A. and Emaar Properties. Featuring 95 rooms and suites, the hotel offers amenities such as the Armani/Ristorante on the seventh floor, the Armani/SPA with six treatment rooms, a couple’s suite, steam and sauna rooms, a pool, and a fitness center with personal trainers. Roberta Possenti, VP of Europe for Preferred Hotels & Resorts, emphasized the hotel’s alignment with the collection's luxury and service standards.

Premier Inn signs its 100th hotel project in Germany

🏨 Premier Inn Deutschland secured its 100th project in Germany, with a new 200-room hotel near Berlin's Kurfürstendamm, set to open in 2028/29. Occupying a 1,700 m² site, the six-floor building will cover 6,000 m² gross floor area. This marks the sixth Premier Inn in Berlin, contributing to over 61 hotels across Germany. The brand has invested approximately £1.1 billion, aiming for 20,000 rooms in over 30 cities.

Valor Hospitality’s luxury portfolio grows as Dunluce Lodge and Seaton House open for business

🏖 Valor Hospitality Partners, in partnership with Links Collection, opens two new luxury UK hotels: Seaton House in Scotland near the Old Course at St Andrews and Dunluce Lodge in Northern Ireland overlooking Royal Portrush Golf Club's fourth fairway. Seaton House features 42 guest rooms, including six suites, and three junior suites with dining options by Chef Patron Roy Brett. Dunluce Lodge offers 35 luxury suites and world-class dining. Both properties aim to provide unique experiences reflective of their scenic golf landscapes and local culture.

The Tampa Edition hotel’s Punch Room bar just launched a themed ‘Americas’ menu exploring native ingredients across Mexico, the United States, and Canada

🍸 Luxury hotels like Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton feature top cocktail bars. The Punch Room, first introduced at the London Edition in 2013, opened its Tampa, Florida location in October 2022. The Tampa Edition's Punch Room offers a new menu themed "Americas: Part 1," spanning from southern Mexico to Canada, with "Americas: Part 2" set to launch next year. Drinks incorporate traditional recipes and native ingredients, some taking days to prepare, with offerings like mole and cheese-washed tequila. Available by the glass for $22 or punch bowls for $100, the menu is presented in an illustratively detailed book. The Edition plans to expand to 30 properties by 2027, with recent openings in Tokyo, Singapore, and Riviera Maya.
