☕ Qima Café opened its second site in Covent Garden as the UK's first tree-to-cup café brand, created by DLSM Studio. Building on their 2019 Warren Street café, they source from over 7,000 farmers. The design features terracotta, clay plaster, and marbles, with a central coffee counter and artisanal retail offerings. Covent Garden's flagship café at 21-22 New Row, WC2N 4LA, enhances Qima's reputation for quality coffee, pastries, and sustainability.

🍝 Maple & Ash, opened in Chicago (2015) and Scottsdale (2019), saw sales of over $35 million and nearly $24 million respectively last year. A new location launched March 13 at Miami Worldcenter, which spans two stories and 22,000 square feet, set to introduce two more concepts: Eight Bar and The Studio. The restaurant features a menu with a variety of starters, a steak selection with wagyu options at $45 per ounce, and a $225 tasting menu. The drinks menu offers 2,500 wine bottles and cocktails like the IDGAF Old Fashioned with 24-karat gold. Maple Hospitality Group also runs Monarch and Kessaku in Dallas, with plans to expand to the West Coast, Boston, and NYC within 12 to 24 months.

🍴 Cucina Alba, part of Prince Street Hospitality, opened in NYC's Chelsea in summer 2022. Alba Los Angeles opened on February 6 in West Hollywood, marking the company's first West Coast venture. The LA location, designed by GRT Architects, features a 10,000-square-foot space with a 120-guest main dining room, a 14-seat bar, lounges, and a private dining room. Executive chef Adam Leonti showcases Italian cuisine with California ingredients. The bar, led by Truman Flanders, offers over 5,000 wine bottles and a variety of Italian-inspired cocktails. Prince Street Hospitality is also developing a new project in SoHo, Manhattan.

🍴 The Occidental, originating in 1906 in Washington, D.C., near the White House, reopened with a new design by Ken Fulk on March 5. Renowned for hosting politicos and world leaders, it has been revitalized by Starr Restaurants. The 14,000-square-foot, 280-seat venue features a decor of mid-century nostalgia, including a black-and-white marble entryway, vintage parquet floors, and a 3,200-square-foot courtyard. The American classic menu offers dishes like beef Stroganoff and "the pork chop that saved the world," alongside a cocktail menu with over 50 gins and vodkas and an extensive wine list.

🍵 JING™ has been chosen as the full supply tea partner for Park Hyatt London River Thames, offering single garden teas and featuring in the hotel's TAMISé Wine Library and Tea Lounge. Melanie Tricklebank, CEO of JING™, partners with the hotel to enhance guest experiences with twelve unique loose-leaf teas. Park Hyatt, located along the River Thames, is the only UK property of the brand, boasting 203 guestrooms, distinctive dining options, a wellness floor, and easy access to London landmarks.

🏝 Bonito Ibiza, partnered with O Beach Ibiza, launches on June 2, 2025, in San Antonio Bay, offering 252 rooms. Key features include a 275m² main pool, an adults-only area, and a family-friendly pool. The hotel showcases a diverse range of spaces, including the luxurious Eclipse Suite and a Mexican rooftop bar, Cielito. Guests have free entry to O Beach club before 3pm. The spa offers bespoke treatments, and room rates begin at £148.50 per night for the Daydreamer category.

🍷 Ad Gefrin Anglo-Saxon Museum and Distillery in Wooler, Northumberland, launches Bēodern for evening dining on 21st March 2025, marking its second anniversary. Head Chef Olivier Borja, with 30+ years of experience including Michelin-starred restaurants, introduces an a la carte menu featuring local ingredients, like Homemade Game Terrine and Mackerel Escabeche. Bēodern sources from local suppliers such as Particularly Good Potatoes and Doddington Dairy. It offers dinner Thursday to Saturday, and lunch daily, including a standout Sunday Lunch. 🎭 Fritz’s Adventure is set to open its new location in The Colony, Texas, on April 2, replicating its Branson, Mo. site, which has been operational for nine years. The indoor and outdoor entertainment venue spans over 100,000 square feet, featuring a zipline course, ropes course, climbing walls, treehouses, slides, and tunnels. Park entry varies between $19-$25, with food items like pizza and sandwiches priced up to $20.99. The original Fritz’s Adventure opened in 2016 and the new site continues the spirit of adventure and family fun.

🏠 Claudie, a restaurant inspired by the French Riviera, opened on February 7 in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. The establishment is part of Riviera Dining Group, which also owns Mila, the second highest-grossing independent restaurant last year, and Casa Neos. Claudie's design includes a 2,470-square-foot terrace seating 104 guests and an interior of over 2,400 square feet seating 134. The menu features French Riviera cuisine, with an executive team from the South of France. Riviera Dining Group plans to expand with Noora, a new rooftop restaurant slated to open later this year, and additional projects in Miami and global markets within the next two years.
