🍕 Kahani London, an award-winning Indian restaurant, partners with the refurbished Cheval Phoenix House in Chelsea to offer a ‘Luxury Stay with a Dining Experience at Kahani’ package starting at £595. This includes a two-night stay, four-course dinner for two, and a deli hamper. Chef Patron Peter Joseph, formerly of Michelin-starred Tamarind, leads Kahani. The package reflects Indian hospitality and Cheval Collection's commitment to luxury. Available for a limited time, the experience can be booked directly through Cheval Collection's website.

Tempo by Hilton heading north to Toronto

🏨 Hilton will launch its first Tempo brand hotel in Canada with the 193-room Tempo by Hilton Toronto Airport, slated to open in 2028. The mixed-use complex, developed by Inspiration Group, will have direct access to Toronto Pearson International Airport. Joining over 190 Hilton hotels in Canada, the company aims to exceed 200 properties this year, with nearly 110 in the pipeline. Located 25 kilometers from downtown Toronto, the 16-story hotel will feature guestrooms with blackout curtains and wireless charging, four suites, Tempo Wellness rooms with Peloton equipment, over 3,000 square feet of meeting space, two ballrooms, four meeting rooms, a coffee bar, a Hydration Bar, an indoor pool, and a fitness center.

Outrigger expands in Thailand with resort buy

🏖 Outrigger Hospitality Group acquired Zeavola Resort on Phi Phi Island, Thailand, to rebrand as Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort after complete renovation, set to reopen October 1, 2025. The resort, featuring 63 suites and villas, will suspend operations for renovations during the shoulder season. It aims to offer local immersion and marine conservation, aligning with Outrigger’s OZONE initiative. This addition joins Outrigger’s Thai properties in Koh Samui, Khao Lak, and Surin Beach (Phuket).

🏡 Jumeirah to expand in Dubai under Mission 2030 with three new properties. Jumeirah Asora Bay, opening in 2029, will feature a hotel with 103 rooms, suites, and 20 villas. Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay, in collaboration with Meraas, will have 29 units including a seven-bedroom penthouse and six ocean villas. Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers will offer 754 residential units from one- to four-bedroom apartments. The developments emphasize sustainable growth, with a focus on suites, villas, and branded residences.

Four Seasons to open Ajman resort in 2026

🏖 Four Seasons set to open Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in Al Zorah, Ajman in 2026 after an agreement with Al Zorah Development Company. The resort will be a rebrand and upgrade of an existing property, offering 74 rooms and suites, plus 23 villas with private terraces and Arabian Gulf views, 280-foot infinity pool, and various dining options including an all-day restaurant, beachfront grill and bar, and an Italian restaurant. Located a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, the resort is near an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. This project is Four Seasons' first in Ajman and adds to their UAE portfolio with existing hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Drury begins work on first Nebraska hotel

🏨 Drury Hotels began construction on the first Nebraska property, the Drury Plaza Hotel Lincoln Downtown, located at 920 Q Street, Lincoln, near the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The 210-room hotel, opening in February 2026, offers 2,400+ square feet of meeting space for up to 288 people. The hotel features a guest market, business and fitness centers, indoor pool and spa, and free Wi-Fi, with bookings starting February 2026. Drury plans to hire around 55 staff members and will extend its presence to 28 states.

SINO: A New Ukrainian-Inspired Restaurant to Open 21st May, Notting Hill

🍽 SINO, a Ukrainian-inspired restaurant by Polina Sychova and chef Eugene Korolev, opens in Notting Hill on May 21, 2025. The menu features reimagined Ukrainian dishes using British and Ukrainian ingredients, with starters like Hay infused wild mushroom broth and mains such as Cherry glazed BBQ catfish. The 52-cover venue includes a 30-cover main room and 10-cover PDR. Polina designed the interior with Ukrainian motifs, and Eugene, a former Bocuse D’Or Ukraine president and Ukrainian special forces member, leads a Ukrainian chef brigade. Bookings start on May 7, 2025, at sinorestaurant.co.uk.

OYO grows Sunday brand with six UK hotels

🏨 OYO is expanding its Sunday brand in the UK, signing leases for six former Mercure hotels in Cardiff, Warwick, Dorking, Staines, Exeter, and Winchester. These will be refurbished and rebranded. This expansion complements OYO’s existing Lansbury Heritage hotel in London and its presence in Asia and the Middle East.
