🏠 Persepolis Investments unveiled Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences in Madrid's Salamanca District, comprising 24 units sized 308-655 sqm, marketed by Colliers and Knight Frank. The 1948 Gutiérrez Soto-designed building, restored by Julio Touza Sacristán, features Caramba Estudio interiors with 1-4 bedrooms, terraces up to 113 sqm, oak wood flooring, underfloor heating, and Portoro marble bathrooms. Amenities include spa, Turkish bath, sauna, pool, gym, and 24-hour security. The project, Banyan Tree's first branded residence in Europe, is near luxury retail and cultural landmarks.
