🍷 Ad Gefrin Anglo-Saxon Museum and Distillery in Wooler, Northumberland, launches Bēodern for evening dining on 21st March 2025, marking its second anniversary. Head Chef Olivier Borja, with 30+ years of experience including Michelin-starred restaurants, introduces an a la carte menu featuring local ingredients, like Homemade Game Terrine and Mackerel Escabeche. Bēodern sources from local suppliers such as Particularly Good Potatoes and Doddington Dairy. It offers dinner Thursday to Saturday, and lunch daily, including a standout Sunday Lunch. Reservations are now open.

🎭 Fritz’s Adventure is set to open its new location in The Colony, Texas, on April 2, replicating its Branson, Mo. site, which has been operational for nine years. The indoor and outdoor entertainment venue spans over 100,000 square feet, featuring a zipline course, ropes course, climbing walls, treehouses, slides, and tunnels. Park entry varies between $19-$25, with food items like pizza and sandwiches priced up to $20.99. The original Fritz’s Adventure opened in 2016 and the new site continues the spirit of adventure and family fun.

🏠 Claudie, a restaurant inspired by the French Riviera, opened on February 7 in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. The establishment is part of Riviera Dining Group, which also owns Mila, the second highest-grossing independent restaurant last year, and Casa Neos. Claudie's design includes a 2,470-square-foot terrace seating 104 guests and an interior of over 2,400 square feet seating 134. The menu features French Riviera cuisine, with an executive team from the South of France. Riviera Dining Group plans to expand with Noora, a new rooftop restaurant slated to open later this year, and additional projects in Miami and global markets within the next two years.

🥗 atis opens a new flagship store in Covent Garden, London, on Friday, 14th March 2025, the brand's tenth location in the city and first opening of the year. The site will offer customisable salad bowls, protein plates, and a unique Covent Garden Goddess bowl (£10) featuring kale, cabbage, and other fresh ingredients. The grand opening includes a 50% discount for the first five days. Co-Founder Eleanor Warder expresses excitement about the expansion. The store, designed by Daytrip Studio, features a modern aesthetic and will provide delivery via Deliveroo and click and collect services. Located at The Acre, 90 Long Acre, London, WC2E 9RA, it will operate seven days a week starting 14th March.

🏠 The Doxford Group in Northumberland announced the addition of eight lakeside cabins at The Tempus estate, Alnwick, set to open spring 2025. Each cabin accommodates two guests, expanding total guest capacity to 100. The cabins feature private terraces and are designed by Jeffreys Interiors. The Tempus, opened May 2023, now has 48 bedrooms and offers dining at The Orangery restaurant. 📖 Radisson Blu London introduces 'The Lounges', new all-day dining with British cuisine at Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street hotels. Open to guests and public, featuring local ingredients and signature dishes like haddock and chips, shepherd’s pie, Eton mess, and sticky toffee pudding. Designed to reflect hotel character with elegant décor, the Axiom Hospitality Group's portfolio includes nine Radisson Blu properties. 💅 Jomast secured a 10-year lease with Kerry Featherstone and Sara Fern for a 1,636 sq. ft unit at Chesterfield's Elder Way, set to open in May. The development, a former Co-op, now boasts a Premier Inn, eight street level units, with Feather & Fern joining Bottle & Thyme and Hotpod Yoga. The salon will create nine jobs and occupy a remodeled corner unit on Knifesmithgate and Elder Way. Only one unit remains available in the area, with strong interest reported by WSB Property.
