🏠 stayAPT Suites partners with Destiny Partners for 5 new locations in Pennsylvania: Lancaster, Reading, York, Bethlehem, Allentown. The first to open is Lancaster with 94 rooms, construction begins Spring 2025. Targeting the mid-scale extended-stay market, stayAPT Suites offers full-size kitchens, living rooms, and separate bedrooms. The brand emphasizes operational efficiency with a low employee count, appealing to various travelers and providing home-like living with hotel convenience. Destiny Partners chose stayAPT after evaluating multiple brands for its high margins and guest satisfaction.

🏠 Capella Taipei opens April 1, marking Capella Hotel Group's debut in Taiwan. Located on Dunhua North Road, Taipei, the luxury hotel boasts 86 rooms, including eight suites and six with private pool terraces. Guests can enjoy views of Taipei 101 from a 14th-floor pool terrace, and dine at five venues, such as Ember 28 and Plume. Designed by André Fu, with services like The Living Room and Capella Curates, it embodies Taiwan’s heritage and aligns with the country’s tourism growth strategy.

🏡 SLS Madrid Infantas residences are set to open in 2026 in Barrio de Justicia, developed by Persepolis Investments, managed by Sorigué, marking Ennismore's first entry into Spain's residential market. The transformation of a 1920s neo-baroque building by Eduardo Sanchez Eznarriaga includes 33 residences, priced at €15,000 per square meter, ranging from 1,658 to 3,320 square feet, with Bulthaup kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, marble bathrooms, and terraces with pools. Mondrian Bucharest by One United Properties and Ennismore, located at 8-10 Georges Clemenceau Street, near the Romanian Athenaeum, features around 100 rooms and suites, a pool, spa, and fine dining. Lemon Interior Design, under Elena Oancea's direction, draws inspiration from "Youth without age and life without death," ensuring authentic Romanian cultural representation.
