📰 Extended Stay America, a leading mid-priced extended stay hotel brand in the U.S., announces the opening of Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Nashville – Smyrna in Tennessee, developed by RREAF Holdings and managed by McNeill Hotel Company. The three-story, 115-room property offers free Wi-Fi, breakfast, a fitness center, laundry, pet-friendly outdoor area, and fully equipped kitchens in suites. Positioned near key facilities like Nissan’s Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant, Amazon Fulfillment Center, and Middle Tennessee University, it aims to serve long-term guests. This marks Extended Stay America Premier Suites’ growth as the fastest-growing midscale extended stay brand since its 2021 launch, doubling its franchise owners in the past year.

🏦 Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to manage two prestigious hotels: Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, starting early 2025. The rebranding to Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris and Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam will occur in January 2026, following property upgrades. Lutetia, founded in 1910, boasts 184 rooms and a 7,500-square-foot wellness center. Conservatorium, housed in a 19th-century building, offers 129 rooms and a wellness center. 🏨 A-1 Hospitality Group, based in Kennewick, Washington, announced a partnership with Delta Inn Hotel Group, led by CEO Scott Kim, to manage three Portland, Oregon airport hotels. The properties include the 150-key Courtyard by Marriott Portland Airport, the 121-key Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport, and the 104-key Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Portland Airport. The deal aims to leverage both companies' strengths for growth in the hospitality industry.

🏠 Miami, Florida—Sonesta Miami Airport completed a multi-million-dollar, five-month renovation in June 2024, featuring a ribbon-cutting with local dignitaries and brand executives. The design team Dileonardi and HITT contractor revitalized 309 guestrooms and public spaces, including a rooftop pool, private cabanas, a 24/7 fitness center, and a new restaurant, Tailwinds. The hotel offers 7,400-square-feet of event space, with the Royal Palm Ballroom accommodating up to 160 guests, and connecting rooms for families or groups.

🏖️ Four Seasons is partnering with Extell Development Company to create a new resort in Deer Valley, Park City, Utah, marking North America's first luxury alpine village in over 40 years. The project, led by ODA Architecture, will offer 134 guestrooms, suites, and 123 private residences (1-6 bedrooms, 1,200-7,000 square feet) with ski-in/ski-out access. Additionally, 55 residences will be above the resort and an adjacent building will house 68 owner-exclusive units. The Deer Valley’s East Village will also feature a skier services facility, retail, culinary experiences, and après venues. The resort is positioned 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
