🏝 CoralTree Hospitality now manages Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona, Arizona. The 137-room resort, to be rebranded as Outbound Sedona, will experience renovations including an enhanced spa, renovated rooms, and reimagined public spaces. It offers amenities like Willows Kitchen & Wine Bar, a heated pool, and 8,500 sq ft of meeting space. Nearby, guests have access to Sedona Golf Resort's par-71 course. CoralTree, founded in 2018, has over 35 properties and is a subsidiary of Lowe.

Albert Hotel opens its doors in Fredericksburg, Texas

🏡 New Waterloo opened Albert Hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas on January 3. The company will launch Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland on January 27. Chef Johnny Lee opens Rasarumah, a Southeast Asian restaurant in Los Angeles
