IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with Al Ashraaf Developments to launch Holiday Inn Cairo Al Obour. This 170-key property will be located in Al Obour City, an urban fast-growing destination northeast of Cairo recognised for its connectivity to Cairo International Airport and proximity to large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with DC Constructions, the construction vertical of Urban Oasis Hospitality, for the development of Holiday Inn Express Siliguri Bagdogra Airport. Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the continued expansion of its luxury and lifestyle portfolio in South East Asia with the signing of three new properties. Conrad Hoi’An and Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen’s Park will further strengthen the presence of Conrad Hotels & Resorts in the region, while Malaysia is set to welcome its first Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in the historic city of Melaka. These signings are part of 17 new properties recently announced across six countries.
