🏨 Hilton expands its Tapestry Collection by adding hotels in Plymouth and Cork, set to open in 2027. The New Continental Plymouth, with 120 renovated rooms, and Cork City Centre, featuring 103 rooms, will create around 100 jobs. This move enhances Hilton's UK and Ireland lifestyle brand, which includes recent signings like Motto by Hilton in Manchester. The Plymouth hotel is a franchise with Elevate Hotels, while the Cork property partners with JMK Group.

🏛 OTH Hotels Resorts, based in Williamsburg, Virginia, expands into Gettysburg, Pennsylvania with new management contracts for Courtyard Gettysburg and Wyndham Gettysburg, adding 400 guestrooms. The Courtyard offers 152 rooms, a fitness center, and 2,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, while Wyndham boasts 62,500 sq. ft. for events and 248 rooms. Both hotels enhance OTH's portfolio to 18 properties across the eastern U.S., strategically growing in key leisure destinations.

🏨 Australia’s fastest-growing apartment hotel operator, Veriu Group, completed refurbishments at Punthill Essendon and Punthill Williamstown over nine weeks, investing $1.6 million to enhance guest experiences. Upgrades include new interiors, improved Wi-Fi, and modern amenities. Punthill Essendon offers 56 rooms starting at $220 per night, while Punthill Williamstown offers 42 rooms from $275 per night. Collaborating with Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, the project involves OMA, Yabu Pushelberg, and Enzo Enea for design. 🏨 Clara Hotel, located in Plano, Texas, is set to open in Q2 2026 after a major renovation by NewcrestImage, keeping its Hilton Tapestry Collection affiliation. Acquired in August 2025, the hotel features 176 guestrooms, including 8 suites, and introduces Field & Vine restaurant and The Library lounge/speakeasy. The revamped 4,000-square-foot courtyard and indoor meeting spaces accommodate 4-50 people. Positioned near Frisco, it offers access to North Texas business and lifestyle hubs.

🏠 Sofitel, in collaboration with Northbaires, is launching its first branded residential project in Argentina, the Sofitel Residences Buenos Aires Madero, expected by 2030. Located in Puerto Madero's Dique four, the development will feature 43 floors, 188 apartments, and 343 parking spaces. As Sofitel's third global residential project, it offers high-standard residences, blending French and local cultures, with luxury services.
