🏖️ Scott Miller has launched Ensemble, a hospitality design firm, with the Paradise Valley Hotel & Casitas in Arizona as its flagship project. The property, developed by Walton Global and built by Clayco, will break ground this year and be operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Ensemble's design emphasizes a residential feel with natural materials and a courtyard connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. The spa and pool area highlight the desert's duality with contrasting design elements.

🏖 Raffles Hotels & Resorts plans to open its first alpine resort, Raffles Courchevel, in Courchevel 1850, France, by the 2028 winter season. The resort will feature 50 guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar, a spa, and a panoramic swimming pool. This will be Raffles' sixth European hotel, joining others in London, Paris, Warsaw, and Istanbul. Raffles Lake Como is set to open in 2027. The project is a collaboration with Art de Vivre.

🏛 In the historic Baixa neighborhood, Hyatt's Andaz Lisbon opened with 170 guestrooms and suites. Designed by Patricia Urquiola with Moerschel Arquitectos, it features Portuguese craftsmanship with cork, stone, mosaic tiles, and mahogany. The hotel includes Luzzi, a rooftop restaurant, and Andaz Lounge, with elements like rattan and velvet chairs around stone tables. The design celebrates Lisbon's vibrant spirit with digital art and integrated technology, blending traditional and modern aesthetics.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts opened 24 hotels and added 65 hotels, nearly 6,000 rooms, to its Americas pipeline in Q1 2026, with signings up over 30% year-over-year. The U.S., Central America, the Caribbean, and Canada drove RevPAR growth. Notable expansions include 23 Holiday Inn signings, Atwell Suites debut in Puerto Rico, and voco Hotels opening in Times Square. IHG's Americas system has 4,600+ open hotels and 1,100 in the pipeline.

🏨 Leonardo Hotel Group to open The Manor Amsterdam in the Amsterdam-Oost district on June 9, 2026. Originally built in 1891, the hotel has 125 rooms starting at £163 per night. Pepe Nero restaurant and bar, opened April 3, features an Italian menu. Breakfast is £25. Guest parking costs €37.50 per night. Leonardo operates over 300 hotels in Europe, including 28 in the Benelux region.

🏨 In Bucks County's Carversville, Pennsylvania, the historic Carversville Inn, established in 1813, has been rejuvenated by Milan Lint and Mitch Berlin. The inn features six guest suites with striking black walls and a 65-seat restaurant helmed by chef Dara Tesser. Collaborating with Wolstenholme Associates and JR Maxwell Builders, the inn includes unique vintage decor from global and local sources, like Parisian markets, and a restaurant focused on regional ingredients.

🏨 In April 2026, the Hotel Indigo Nalati opened in Nalati Town, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, China, at the crossroads of the Duku Highway and Ili “Figure-8” Scenic Loop. Designed by CCD/Cheng Chung Design, the hotel features structures integrated with the grasslands and Tian Shan mountains. It honors Kazakh culture with elements like yurts and a hearth. The restaurant, Show · A Neighborhood Café, and guestroom designs reflect natural and cultural influences.

\uD83C\uDF78 Chef Jason Atherton, with two Michelin stars, plans to open Marias at Principessa Forte dei Marmi this summer. Located at the Autograph Collection boutique hotel, the 36-room site will feature a seafood-focused menu led by Executive Chef Giorgio Cicero. Ingredients will be sourced daily from Livorno market, with dishes cooked over wood fires. The restaurant aims to become a social hub with its poolside, shoreline access. A second fine dining concept is expected later this year.

🏨 In Providence, Rhode Island, Procaccianti Companies has renovated the 107-room Holiday Inn South Kingstown, acquired in the 1980s. TPG Construction managed the upgrade, focusing on guestrooms, public spaces, and meeting areas to enhance efficiency and guest flow. The pet-friendly, four-story hotel features amenities like a restaurant, lounge, fitness center, and pool. It's near the University of Rhode Island and local beaches, catering to university, leisure, and corporate visitors.
