🏨 First Martin Corporation and First Hospitality opened the AC Marriott Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown in Michigan, within the Downtown Ann Arbor Main Street District. Guests can enjoy the AC Lounge & Kitchen, a 500-square-foot boardroom, and pet-friendly amenities. 🏨 hihotels by Hospitality International adds three newly converted properties in February 2026 in Louisiana, Texas, and New Jersey. The properties include Scottish Inns & Suites in Vinton, LA (45 rooms), Kingwood, TX (41 rooms), and Red Carpet Inn & Suites in Maple Shade, NJ (48 rooms). 📍 Developers DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company have begun construction on The Chambray, a 125-key boutique hotel in downtown Roswell, Georgia. Scheduled to open in summer 2027, it will be operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and join Hyatt’s JdV Collection. The Chambray will feature 215 rooms, including three F&B venues and 2,300 square feet of meeting space, enhancing Roswell's community spirit and growth.

🍴 Ola Jachymiak Studio recently unveiled Nora, a modern Turkish restaurant in London's Canary Wharf. Located in the Wood Wharf expansion, the design merges three units into a 300-square-metre, mid-century-inspired space with a capacity for over 100 guests. The design uses warm materials like oak and zellige tiles, combining Anatolian influences and mid-century sensibility.
