🏨 Keiji Ashizawa transformed a former hostel in Shintomicho, Tokyo, into Tomi Hotel Ginza, featuring a single suite on each of its 10 floors. Located near Tokyo and Ginza stations, the 750-square-metre boutique hotel includes a Dotcom coffee cafe on the ground floor. The suites are designed for groups and families, featuring natural wood, beige hues, and amenities like kitchens and laundry facilities. This design addresses the lack of group accommodation in Tokyo's tourist landscape.

🏨 Dusit International opened the WE Hotel Toya, Dusit Collection in Hokkaido, Japan—its first hotel in the country. Located on Lake Tōya within the Toya-Usu UNESCO Global Geopark, it is 100 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport. Originally designed in 2018 by Kengo Kuma & Associates, the hotel boasts 55 lake-view guestrooms and three villas, each with private open-air baths. The newly rebranded dining options include EZO Cuisine, The Noodle Bar, TARU Bar, and Toya Bar.

🏨 Crestline Hotels & Resorts has completed renovations at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Marlborough in Marlborough, MA. The hotel’s 112 suites received contemporary design updates, including new carpeting, soft goods, and bathroom vanities. Public spaces feature new decor, a revamped front desk, a 65-inch home theatre TV, and an upgraded breakfast area. The indoor pool and fitness center were enhanced with new amenities and equipment, ensuring a modernized guest experience throughout the property.

🏨 EVEN Hotel Orlando Universal Blvd and Staybridge Suites Orlando Universal Blvd by IHG have opened a dual-branded property in Orlando, Florida, near Universal Orlando Resort and the Orange County Convention Center. Developed with Daiwa House Group, it includes 288 guestrooms, a 1,500-square-foot Athletic Studio, and various amenities. EVEN Hotel features 120 rooms with premium bedding, while Staybridge Suites offers 168 rooms with fully equipped kitchens. The property offers flexible, personalized experiences for travelers.

🏖 Radisson Hotel Group opened the 100-room Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside on Avenue du Docteur Raymond Picaud, France. The hotel offers four room categories and facilities like La Palma Restaurant, a pool, and meeting rooms for 150 guests. This opening strengthens Radisson's presence on the French Riviera, aligning with plans to expand with over 37,000 rooms in Europe. Originally opened in 1909, the hotel is now part of Marriott Bonvoy’s independent hotels collection and remains a member of Historic Hotels of America. 📚 In Philadelphia's Old City, two buildings were renovated as the Diplomat by Studio MaRō, offering four-unit properties with four to five bedrooms each. Paying homage to Benjamin Franklin, the design incorporates themes of diplomacy and curiosity. The suites, featuring library-like warmth and rich decor, are located near historical sites like Franklin's printing press. The property is designed for groups, with unique experiences on each floor, blending American, European, and Asian influences throughout.

🏨 Hill House at Trailborn Mendocino, a 44-room property, marks Trailborn Hotels & Resorts’ first West Coast venture, opened in Mendocino, California. It is part of an 89-room plan, including The Mendocino Hotel, set to reopen in 2027. Renovations preserve historical elements while adding modern amenities. The venue offers diverse experiences, including events, local food, wine, and outdoor activities. The project collaborates with HBA San Francisco, enhancing both local and guest experiences.
