🏠 LiveStay launched a 17-storey hotel and coliving tower at 124 Wakefield Street, Adelaide, set to open in 2028. It will feature 120 hotel rooms and 120 coliving homes, targeting 20-35-year-olds and corporate travelers. The structure includes hotel units on the top 11 floors and co-living on the lower six, all as one-bedroom studios. LiveStay merges Veriu Hotels & Suites, Punthill Apartment Hotels, and UKO, with 90 sites and 5,950 keys currently.

🏨 Kimpton Ashbel New York—Park Avenue opened in Midtown Manhattan, New York, near Grand Central Terminal, in a building originally constructed in 1928. The hotel features 205 guestrooms, including 14 family-friendly connecting rooms. Designed by Busta Studio, it offers residential-style spaces and a café, Park & Bel. Guests enjoy amenities like the Kimpton Kickstart program and Social Hour, offering complimentary coffee, tea, beer, and wine. The hotel blends historic architectural elements with modern luxury.

🏨 Dolce by Wyndham expands with three new U.S. hotels in Miami Beach, Palm Springs, and Hudson Valley. The Miami Beach hotel offers 90 boutique rooms, steps from the ocean, with Mediterranean design. V Capri Palm Springs provides a retro-chic desert escape with 140 rooms and mountain views. These openings align with Wyndham's strategy to enhance its upscale portfolio in top travel markets, offering unique stays tailored to modern travelers’ desires for place, design, and culture.

🏡 Davidson Hospitality Group will manage Homestead Midway Utah in Midway, Utah, set on 190 acres. Homestead has 123 rooms, 85 residences under development, and is undergoing a transformation until fall 2027. Current amenities include The Crater, six pools, and outdoor pickleball courts. Planned upgrades feature a championship golf course, meeting spaces, and dining venues. Established in 1886 by Simon Schneitter, Homestead is on the National Register of Historic Places. Davidson also manages Snowpine Lodge and Asher Adams in Utah.

The club, redesigned by Garrett Singer Architecture + Design, features Art Deco and 1970s-inspired aesthetics. The intimate venue includes a performance stage, plush seating, and sound-absorbing elements. The design balances flapper-era glamour with modern energy, creating a unique atmosphere. 🏨 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts expands its Dolce by Wyndham brand with three new openings in the U.S.: Miami Beach (90 rooms), Palm Springs (140+ rooms), and Hudson Valley (240+ rooms). These hotels offer boutique and group-friendly experiences. Miami Beach features ocean proximity and curated art; Palm Springs offers resort-style amenities; Sleepy Hollow has 30,000 sq. ft. of event space in New York’s Hudson Valley. This expansion enhances the brand's presence in high-demand locations.

📅 Singapore-based Ascott had a landmark year in 2025, signing over 7,300 new units across Southeast Asia, a 55% increase from 2024, making it one of the top three hotel operators in the region. The shift towards intra-ASEAN travel is fueling the post-pandemic recovery, with Ascott operating over 200 properties and having about 150 more in the pipeline. More than 25 new properties are expected to open this year, reflecting a focus on local experiences.
